How To Reach Mandore Garden

Situated a little north of the beautiful city of Jodhpur, the Mandore Garden is quite the attraction for those visiting this part of the world. Now mostly ruins in the lap of nature, there is still a solid sense of power and royalty attached to these beautiful gardens and the structures they house. The Mandore Garden also happens to be a favored spot for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Jodhpur as a city and is considered ideal for a family visit.

Tourists are allowed to visit this unique attraction throughout the day from 8 AM- 8 PM and it’s high rock terrace and beautiful cenotaphs attract armies of tourists to this location. Thus, the different ways to get to Mandore Garden are well developed and available to tourists and locals alike.

The Mandore Garden is about 11 kms away from the Jodhpur Railway station meaning they are relatively quite close. Cabs and autos are both available to tourists making this journey to the Mandore Garden a pleasant road trip for tourists. It is roughly half an hour away by road from the main areas of Jodhpur. One of the closest bus stops to the Mandore Garden is the Lal Sagar bus stop from where autos are readily available. We had some spare time and spend the 3rd day at Pol Haveli (arranged by Hemant Singhji) at a roof top restaurant which was another great add on to the trip. Looking forward for more such trips in future. Stay at Jaigarh palace, Hospitality at Heritage Juma camp, Heavenly breeze at Vyas chatri, Journey from Jaisalmer to Sand dunes (thanks to Man Singhji), Kuldhara village a must visit place.
