How To Reach The Catherine Palace in Saint Petersburg

By Bus: Taking a bus to reach Catherine Palace is the most convenient and the cheapest way for a tourist. These buses are called Marshrutka in Russia which is operated by private companies. You can get these buses from Moskovskaya metro station.

By Train: There is no direct connectivity of Catherine Palace by train. However, you can take a train from Kupchino metro station or from Vitebsky station and get down at Tsarskoe Selo station which is the nearest station to Catherine Palace. After getting down, you can either choose to walk or take a bus from here which will directly take you to the palace.

By Taxi: This method of reaching Catherine Palace is rather expensive but time saver at the same time. One who has a limited time and budget is not an issue can take a personal taxi which will directly take you to the Catherine Palace. Per ride will cost you somewhere between 20$ to 22$ for 4 people.
