How to Reach Hanuman Tok

By air: The total distance from airport to Temple is around 34 Kms. and it takes an hour and half to two to reach via taxi. If you want to go throughout a flight, you need to go to Bagdogra first, which is nine Kms. from Siliguri. The cities, which the airport mainly serves, at Bagdogra in Darjeeling in northern West Bengal. You can avail a taxi or a bus at the airport to Hanuman Tok. The airport also has regular helicopter flights to Gangtok. as Hanuman Tok  altitude supports helicopter rides as well.  It can take only 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach Hanuman Tok by taxi or car. By train: If you choose the train, you have to stop at Siliguri or New Jalpaiguri railway stations which are close to Gangtok. The distance between Siliguri to Gangtok is 148km. and Jalpaiguri to Gangtok is Trains starting from Guwahati passes through New Jalpaiguri hence have direct connections to Major cities like New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Trivandrum etc.  You can take bus or taxi services from a railway station.  It takes around 4 hours to reach Hanuman Tok via taxi and around eight hrs. via bus. By road to Gangtok: The road routes from Bagdogra, NJP, and Siliguri all meet the Sevoke Road that leads to the National Highway NH31A. The area along NH31A all the way up to the bordering town of Rangpo is part of the state of West Bengal. Gangtok is 25 Kms. from Rangpo.
