Although the services of travel agent were good, the agent did not provided us one ride in sentosa and charged us . we are trying hard to get the money back for the ride. Universal studio & Clarke Quay are fabulous points of singapore

Everything was excellent. The whole trip was very well organised and we did not face any issues during the whole trip. Drivers cordinated very well for the pickup timings. Also they explained everything on the way. Bali was amazing. Villas were awsome though I chose them but they were booked by the agent. Did not face any issue there. Private cars in bali were also very good and drivers were very humble and friendly, they also explained us about the places and guided us very well.

I had Comfortable stay and Sumit adjusted my hotel as I was not satisfied with the first suggestion. Thai Destinations Phooki was also very helpful.
