The nearest airport from the hill station of Coonoor is located in Coimbatore. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (HYD) in Hyderabad is served by domestic and international airlines. Flights between Hyderabad and Coimbatore are provided by IndiGo and Alliance Air. It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes for a flight to reach Coimbatore from Hyderabad. After reaching the airport in Coimbatore, travellers can hire a taxi to complete the rest of the journey to Coonoor by road. Another option is to take a toy train to Coonoor from Mettupalayam.

Kachiguda Railway Station in Hyderabad is the main junction for the South Central Railway zone of Indian Railways. The nearest railway station from Coonoor is Coimbatore Junction, about 70 km away. Kongu Express, Sabari Express, Kacheguda Mangaluru Central Express, and Hyderabad Kochuveli Special Express are major trains between Hyderabad and Coimbatore.

The toy train station in Coonoor is connected to Mettupalayam via Nilgiri Mountain Railways. One can either take a train from Coimbatore to Mettupalayam or a taxi from Coimbatore to Coonoor directly.

There are no direct buses between Hyderabad and Coonoor due to a huge distance. CAB and Driver is good, driver has planned the places well and covered as per Itinerary. On the way, he has also explained about the places while driving in Mysore and Ooty. Hotel Delightz Inn is ok only (Don't go for it if you're more than 2 Adults). Room is very tight with no chair to sit and p

lace the luggage, free breakfast is not that level as not much options when compared to others. Roopa elite is recommended hotel, breakfast is superb. After seeing the places and travel, hotels, trip seems bit costly. Time constraint to visit Ooty places Overall, felt that package is bit costly but went smooth from start to end

Most importantly Dream yatra do not pick call, they insist us to send whatsapp message only.I also raised all these concerns to traveltriangle in email but there is no response. I am giving rating as 10 since feedback is not getting submitted when i gave rating as 1. No good experience, it was a NIGHTMARE.

A big part of our enjoyable experience was thanks to our trip driver, Sunil, who was extremely professional throughout the journey. He ensured we covered all the places listed in the itinerary and even shared interesting insights about the destinations. His dedication and pleasant demeanor added great value to our trip. The resort we stayed at was another highlight of our vacation. Nestled amidst the serene woods, it offered stunning views that made for a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The food served at the resort was equally delightful, offering a wide range of flavors that satisfied our palate. However, while the trip itself was fantastic, I want to share some feedback regarding the booking experience. Our travel agent, Kishan from Bookitforgetit, was very proactive and responsive before we booked the trip. Unfortunately, after the booking was finalized, I found myself repeatedly following up for crucial details such as the hotel voucher, payment confirmations, and driver information. This lack of consistent communication and post-booking support was a bit disappointing. My humble request to Travel Triangle is to ensure that better customer service is provided after the booking process is complete. It’s crucial to maintain the same level of attentiveness throughout the entire experience. While the trip itself was great, the post-booking service left room for improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for travelers like us.
