    • Trip to Ooty

I have given rating 9 instead of 10 because there is always a scope for improvement. My trip was from Bangalore - Ooty and Coonnor. First of all, I would like to call out few names here who where extremely helpful and very friendly through out the TRIP : 1. Karthik- I would say he was the show stopper for this trip because he was continuously in touch with me from the time I started to enquire about the trip till I came back from the trip just to check if everything was alright Kudos to him. 2. Roopa: She was the one who explained me clearly to choose the correct Travel agency by reading all the comments and ratings because I got cheapest travel agencies in terms of money but when I saw the ratings I thought I should go with TRAVEL TRIANGLE Kudos to her she deserves a pat on her back and definitely a Hike in the salary this goes to both Karthik and Roopa because they are the Asset to company they work for . 3, Mr. Imran - The Cab driver, I would feel bad if have to call him a cab driver because he was more like a family member to me through out the trip, my one year old son became closer to him within a span of a time because he was so friendly and polite and very good at driving. I will definitely choose Travel Triangle for all the future trips for sure. There were some flaws as well but that was not under any body's control so I would just leave that aside because I will cherish the Memory through out my life as this was our first trip with my son and he enjoyed the trip more than any body else, it was mainly planned for him so my trip was 100% successful. Thanks to Travel Triangle and all the people who where involved for planning a wonderful trip for my family. One friendly advice to who so ever reads this review please do not always think about Money because there are more important things to think about when you plan for a trip which is you safe Journey the place where you stay. First trip with my one year old son he enjoyed it a lot more of a family time that will be the best memory.

Myself and my wife had an excellent trip to Ooty and Kodaikanal. The service of inspire holidays is awesome. Never feel any difficulty from the starting of the trip to end of the trip. I have to mention about the driver, his name is Tamil. He is really good and have lot of patience. Never hesitated to answer whatever we’ve asked. He is really good. Travel triangle also very good in coordinating all the activities in the process. Please go with inspire holidays, I give ratings 5/5 Jyothi Mishra from travel triangle, she is awesome. Karnataka trip (Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty) had gives us lot of energy , peace of mind and refreshing our soul. Its very nice experience with this trip. Good Points 1. Cab driver was Cooperative and helpful person. 2. Cab driver suggest good spots in this journey. 3. Hotel Grand vanam was good. 4. Ooty and Mysore spots are good for tourist in June month. 5. overall experience was nice. Bad Points 1. Corporate host destination didn't share tour plan with cab driver. 2. Hotel The Baron in Ooty gives bad service. Temperature of Ooty was cold so we need hot water for bath, but hotel was unable to provide us hot water 24x7 . My hotel room was placed above kitchen cum dining hall so lot of noise (exhaust fan ) were came to room . Its irritating experience. 3. Trip was not completed as per plan . lot of changes we made while travelling. 4. All tourist spots were closed in Ooty in between 5.30pm to 6.30pm . Travel triangle should intimate this type of information with travelers.

My trip was for mysore and ooty ( pickup and drop @ Bangalore ) not so great experience. Plus points:: > Good hotels and good budget. > Early morning pickup from airport as requested. > Cab Driver for mysore and mysore sightseeing. Minus points:: > We don't want to visit tea factory, rose garden but local agent was forcing me to visit these places, nothing was on plan for ooty trip, i want to visit avalanche lake in ooty but driver/agent was not ready to go ( though we get 1000 km per day , these people only go for city sightseeing ) > Local travel agent of corp-orates host destination was very bad, the day we left from Ooty to Bangalore airport , though we have reached before 9PM @ Airport, agent asking driver to collect extra 1500 Rs from us. > Ooty driver was asking for tolltaxes charges, parking charges, highway charges ( though it was included in my package ). > i also paid Bangalore airport parking charges . Overall poor experience , will think twice if i ever want to go with corporate host destination agents.
