Great service offered. Very prompt in queries on and before trip. We were 2 girls going hence were worried about safety. But the driver Mr. Nagaraju assigned was really considerate , he drived skillfully and made sure we stop to eat at safe, non-skeptical places. Recommendations from me.

No support from VFM. No help in planning out our days. Instead of suggesting a better option or a proper plan beforehand they just tried to finish the trip as if it was a ola/uber trip.

Nicely organised trip by carlo travels and TT . The hotel ( Deccan Park ) given to us was really awesome. Driver ( shivu ) was on time and was familier with all the route . Boating at Pykara Lake .

Whole trip was properly organized.. Hotel room was very bad. Hotel Bell Flower is not at all recommended. Toy Train, Doddabetta, Dolphin nose, Tea estate.

Trip was awesome but I felt less involment from your end travel agent service.No involvement at all..

Hotel in ooty is best and cab driver is very good. In ooty rose Garden, botanical Garden and ooty train.

Hotel was good and food was superb. Teavel agent person kartheek has given good anf simple plan as per my requirement. Everything went well and driver was also very good.

Sightseeing plan was flawless and hotels offered were also good. The Holiday Home Resort in Kodaikanal was very serene and peaceful, we spent a good time there. However, typical south Indian style food concerned us in ooty initially and we managed with good hotels suggested by Mahadev. Thanks to Carlos Travels and traveltriangle.
