How To Reach Chiang Mai From Mumbai

By Road: The distance between Mumbai and Chiang Mai is 4,612.8 km which takes almost 97 hours to cover. There are no direct buses in India that operate from Mumbai to Chiang Mai. But it is always possible to take a long road trip on your own. You can either drive your own vehicle to Chiang Mai or hire a SUV for a road trip. It will definitely take up a lot of time but the drive will be an adventurous one. You will enjoy the endless landscape throughout your trip. However, if you are planning to reach Bangkok or Thailand by flight, you can reach Chiang Mai through the Deluxe buses. Also, there are tourist-oriented buses that depart from Khao San Road bus terminal.
