Entry Fee For Hong Island, Krabi

Dear team, We completed our trip yesterday.the arrangements were super and we loved the experience with travel triangle. But,we request to stop allocating Noppharat resort to any further visitors.The place is completely isolated with less number of tenants with No room service.The rooms lacked basic amenities like a coffee heater,water heater and the AC took toooo long to cool. We had very bad experience when we were not allowed to cook Maggie in the kitchen. We were completely exhausted and had requested for warm water or if we can use the kitchen at 7pm.We were denied the same and so had to move out in search of dinner. Also, due to songkran festival se were caught in traffic and we couldn't check out at the stipulated time.The housekeeping cleaned our rooms,packed our luggage and placed it at reception.Also we were not allowed to check our room once to find if anything was left. We had bought 4 water bottles and kept it in fridge so we could carry the same,each costing 20TBH. the housekeeping disposed the bottles in dustbin and asked us to buy the same from them.We were soooooo frustrated by this unkind and arrogant behavior their.We did not deserve this treatment.We hated our stay and would request you to discontinue your service to retain your name and reputation. Rest,thanks for everything.looking forward for more trips

My parents went for this trip on their 35th anniversary and they loved every bit of it. The team on ground, trip coordinators and the booking agents were superb. Amrita from booking team was extremely courteous and was very responsive and helpful. Great team.

Trip was gud, drive are panchual.....but my Paytm cash back is still pending 4 island trip and phi phi Island trip was gud, city tour is not much gud

Again you made me right to choose you. everything was perfect n as per schedule. I love to visit with you( travel triangle). WhatsApp group was nice idea. all hotels were nice. but one thing phi phi hotel who provide lunch in phi phi Don island was not good they told us that food is finished. n did not like that hotel. besides of this everything was awesome n wonderful. thank you.

It was indeed a well planned trip apart from few hiccups. Communication throughout the trip with agents always helped. The biggest drawback is with the selection of hotel at Phuket. The room was really bad and for the same price I think better hotel could have been booked. 4 island tour and I got myself a tattoo :)

There was no contact person in Thailand. There was absolutely no communication from the travel agent. It was very difficult for us to contact them. Also the food that was included in the itenary on both the days was not at all good. Had expected more from the travel agent in the budget that we had spared for the trip.

plz change this dvaree hotel room is bad no local shops also there plz provide hotel near Indira circle overall trip was great Safari and phi phi island and yes trip can be planned better like 2 days is just waste but somehow I managed to rent a bike and roam all the popular places near the hotel

Good hotel in pataya. But staff not very polite at reception. Good agent for transfers. Siraracha zoo
