What impressed me the most was their excellent communication. The team was always available to answer queries, provide updates, and guide me throughout the trip. e Veg breakfast should be there but out of 3 hotels 2 hotels were not having veg breakfast.. only breads were there. 3. Travel agents have not informed about the security deposit in each hotels.. hotels have charged 2000 baht as security deposite. As checked with other customers in hotels they were not asked for deposits, as land package includes hotels also, so if there was any deposit then it should be included and informed in starting. 4. Why customer email id is not given for any updates.. our flight no. got changed and we were not informed about. This was very serious issue.. Trip was good. Enjoyed.. but it could be more better as more places could be covered as more leisure time was given.

e and salad for vegetarian eaters. This definitely needs improvement and thoughtfulness. Also for snorkelling there was no guidance provided from boat operators. It was only for people who knew how to swim. Sunset at Poda island
