A trip worth remembering for life time. Everything was planned well from ALS Destination point of view. All the agent personals were very polite and helpful throughout. Hotel staff and tourist guides of BALI were very generous, honest, helpful and understanding. Only issue took place at Sapulidi Villa was power cut for whole night which I understand was just a bad luck. We were given alternative arrangements but at very odd hours. We felt Kuta Central park was more pleasant because of their ultra smooth service. Other than that Git Git waterfall (Also the long drive to hilly areas) and Bedugul temple were our favorite. Tanah lot temple could have been more impressive if we were taken to it at sunset timings but time was constraint. The candle light dinner was organised in a very nice restaurant. Thank you ALS. Sandhya From ALS has taken care of each and every query very well along with prompt response. Customizing the journey was piece of cake with her even when we had to reschedule whole trip to complete new dates because of Flight cancellation due to Volcanic Eruption. Jero, our cab driver made our trip ultra comfortable. A great, decent driver with lots of patience. These two names were worth mentioning. Ask for them for your trip to BALI. I won't hesitate in using Travel Triangle & ALS Desitination again for my next holidays.

The tour to Bali was really well conducted by Flytrail backpackers. I really recommend Flytrail as first choice for a trip to Bali. The visit to Lake Batur and Bedugul Lake temple.

We had a really good time during our entire trip. All the arrangements were made perfectly as discussed. Entire iternary was covered as agreed previously. The cab driver was so very punctual and very helpful for the entire trip of ours. Services provided by all the agents were very good and as per expectations. Just had a suggestion that your team should inform the client about the expected weather during their trip, so that they can prepare for it accordingly well before. For a couple going on honeymoon this is one very important part, which matters alot during their stay. Apart from this single point everything was good. Tour to Bedugul was beautiful with awesome weather, Nusa Penida island was again a beautiful picturesque destination. Also enjoyed the adventures at Bali swing.

Overall bad experience. I will not recommend anyone for traveltringle. If somehow anyone is going with you guys. I will suggest them to keep these things in mind. 1. Always follow the guidelines mentioned in the given doc. Because We are not going to spend the holiday. we are going to Mars mission. The driver can't stay more than 10 minutes in the lobby. He will leave you there. After that, you have to beg to come to him. ( It was said by U & I coordinator.) I was punctual so no problem for me. 2. Read carefully the instructions mentioned in the Doc. Because Sometimes the written thing is not clear. Like They told me your driver will be your guide. Always listen to him. But my suggestion will be always synced with the service provider. Because in the end they will call you ... We have informed you earlier. 3. The best thing with travletringle is their support team. They are very quick. They are always available (24*7). And the support team members are very good in there JOB. Their job is to convince the client that you are the reason for each and every problem. For details go to daywise feedback. 4. Don't believe what travletringle's agent is saying. Always check the google map for where you are staying and where you are going to visit your day. Because you can end up like me (4-5 hours traveling a per day). Day 1: No issue. Day 2: 20th May 2019 Transfer From Grand Mirage – Benoa to Sanur (Pick up time in the Hotel Lobby 0700 – 0715 AM) Feedback: I went to the lobby at 7.02 Am. The driver was not there so I told hotel staff to call me whenever driver comes. I waited for upto 8.15 and didn't get any call. After that, i pinged Indian's agent for that. They talked to Bali's agent. Then the Bali's agent called me and said that the driver came to the hotel at 7 and was waiting for me in the parking. you didn't show up at 7.15 so he went. How the hell I will know that he is waiting for me in the parking ? okay. Somehow they swap my 21st program to 20th. So no issue. So we visited this place. Nusa Penida is a secluded island located southeast of Bali. Once you arrive in Nusa Penida – Pakeh Harbor we precede go to Broken Beach. Broken Beach or Pasih Uug in Nusa Penida place is very calm and comfortable because it is situated far from residential areas. This is very unique beach; there is a big natural pool, with about a hundred meters in diameter. The pool was found because of the broken clift (land). Angel's Billabong often called Angel of Nusa Penida is located at Sompang not to far from Pasih Uug (broken beach). The beauty of Angel's Billabong is visible from the cliffs are beautiful and have a meeting estuarine water clear beaches that appear greenish. Nusa Penida has so many amazing views making it hard to pick a favorite. But when the cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd favorite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger on the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular. Transfer: Proceed to Pakeh Harbor to Sanur Should reach at Pakeh Harbor Before 1600 Hrs Departure Details: 1500 Hrs at Pakeh Harbor (Check in Time 1430 PM) Feedback: Driver came at 7. we reached Sanur. They have assigned one person for the FULL DAY NUSA PENIDA TOUR. Tour started at 10.00 AM with "sharing basis". In my itinerary, it is mentioned on a private basis. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer In the return journey from the NUSA PENIDA 1st AC stopped. 2nd Vehicle Brokedown 3rd We switched to different Vehicle. This 2nd vehicle was not staring so we have given a push to start it. so it has taken 2 hours. So here who's the fault is I don't know ? ---->> Please Answer So because of their fault, we have reached at Pakeh Harbor at 3 PM. But according to the description above, I should have completed all things before 2.30 PM and has to check in the boat at 3 PM. It didn't happen according to plan. In my itinerary "Snorkeling at Pontoon" was included. And the time was [5 to 15 minutes]. And I want to mention it for the snorkeling I have paid 10k to travel triangle when I was included that. So after taking lunch at 3 PM, we went for snorkeling at 3.45PM. An instructor who is responsible for completing this activity denied for snorkeling. Because of the time delay. we almost begged him for this activity. It was like we are responsible for the dealy. After so much request he agreed for 2 minutes. For 2 minutes we have done that. At the name snorkeling, I was in one place for 2 minutes. I was not displaced from one place to another because the Instructor was not interested. So I wanted a full refund for that ? (But I know you guys don't care.) ---->> Please Answer Because of the delayed boat left at 3 PM. And we waited for 2.5 hrs for another boat. Another boat came and finally we reached hotel room at 8 PM. we should have returned at 5 PM. 4th Day: 22nd May 2019 Excursion: FULL DAY BEDUGUL LAKE TOUR FOLLOWED BY TANAH LOT TOUR ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON: PRIVATE BASIS ETD: 1000 Hrs ETA: 1900 Hrs Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will explore the Bedugul area to visit the Ulun Danu Temple - a beautiful temple on the banks of Beratan Lake. The weather here is very pleasant. Thereafter proceed to the most photographed monument of Bali – the famous Tanah Lot Temple - built on the top of a rock in the ocean. Tanah Lot temple was built in the 11th century, supposed to be the Golden age of Hinduism in Indonesia. Experience one of the most awesome sunsets in the entire Indian Ocean at this site. Feedback: Driver was friendly. He told us he will pick us at 11.30 instead of 10 AM. We agreed. he came at 11.30 it was 2.5 hrs journey to reach the visiting point. It went well. No issue. Just wanted to highlight driver told us he will pick us at 11.30 and we agreed. We were punctual. 5th Day: 23rd May 2019 Meal Plan: Breakfast at Hotel, Romantic Candle Light Dinner at Hongxing Beach on Private Basis Feedback: It was pathetic. For the dinner, we have already mentioned that we don't want to egg an fish. And they agreed. Even we were happy with fruit salad and rice. But on the name Indonesian veg food, they served us rice with egg vegetable curry with eggs. So just wanted to ask travel tringle's agent. Bali's people don't know the meaning of Indian veg. But you guys know what is the meaning of Indian veg. You should have told us earlier. At the beach this type of meal is available. you guys ruined the dinner. How this is my fault? I am trying to figure out. ---->> Please Answer 6th Day: 24th May 2019 Excursion: SUNSET DINNER CRUISE BY BOUNTY ON PRIVATE BASIS Type ON PRIVATE BASIS ETD ETA 1615 hours 2100 hrs There’s no better way to spend a balmy tropical evening than on a beautiful evening Dinner Cruise. As the sun goes down you set off on a relaxing cruise around the harbor. Take in the cool night air on the top deck, be entertained by live musical entertainers at the bridge deck, savor a delicious international buffet dinner, then dance the night away at the disco or enjoy our live cabaret show onboard. It is definitely a treat for all age groups especially the honeymooners. All in all a a memorable evening at the Sunset dinner cruise will always make you nostalgic in the future. Meal Plan: Breakfast at Hotel, Sunset Dinner Cruise By Bounty On Private Basis Accommodation: Kubu Manggala – Seminyak Feedback: First of all here nothing is written check-in time at 6 PM like the NUSA PENIDA TOUR (check in at 8 AM and 2.30 PM).If you will reach after 6 cruise will leave. And I have told earlier. Nobody has informed us like that. The driver came at 4.20 to pick us. We asked him to wait for some time. He didn't mention that we have to reach before 6. otherwise I would have left the vill earlier. we left the villa at 5.05 or 5.10 PM. Due to traffic, we missed the cruise. And whole blame come to us. So for this event, I will take full responsibility because you will say starting time was 4.15 PM. And then I will say that I asked the driver to wait and he willingly agreed. He should have mentioned the consequence of delay. But you guys will not agree for that. Because you are trained for that to make sure all the fault should go to the client. So please read the feedback carefully. And Do the needful.

Support from travel agents were appreciatelable. Arrangement of cab and service were excellent. The hotel service was good. The itnary prepared was good. The local delicacies and the trip to tanalaut and bedugul/kintamani was good.

2 days can be clubbed together...lot of destinations were not included such as 3d museum, bedugul temple and many more. monkey forest, art market were of no use. villa

Everything was good other than one piece of misinformation which cost me $25. Below was the itinerary given for the day of Bedugul: Experience Bali’s scenic lake district at the mountain resort of Bedugul. Travel the back tracks, avoiding the tourist spots, and watch the Balinese people going about their daily lives. Along the way, a stop at the Tanah Lot Sea Temple, one of Bali’s most photographed. Perched atop an enormous rock, the temple is completely surrounded by the waters of the Indian Ocean. Batukaru Temple, passing the gorgeous Jatiluwih rice terraces en route to this mountain side temple. Visit Bratan Lake at Bedugul – in Bali’s mountain lake district. Last visit of the day at Taman Ayun, the Royal Temple of Mengwi, built in 17th Century. On that day when we started from our hotel, we were told that 'Tanah Lot' was not covered in that day's initerary, which came as a surprise. I had to spend another $25 and half a day from my trip to visit Tanah lot, which was quite disappointing as I had other things planned for that day. Very good car and guide which made the trip relaxed and enjoyable

The overall experience with Gold travels was good. Thanks to Ravi and Laveena for arranging and making our Honeymoon trip memorable for lifetime. December- rainy season in Bali, yet, is a nice time to vist. Cool, cloudy weather. Service provided by Pacto travels in Bali was good. Must visit places- Besakih Temple, Tanah Lot, Bedugul. Sunset cruise dinner , well, if you ask me is not much worth. Did not meet the expectations. Crowdy. One bad experience- I was informed that, the local agent will be available to escort us to the hotel when we land in Bali, however there was no one to greet , we had to wait for 2 hrs in airport. We ourselves had to get in touch with local agent and got the arrangements done to check into the hotel... Guys, please confirm for such thing not happen with you during booking your trip... #S***Happens... And yes, My Dear Vegetarians :) make your own arrangements for food. Nothings good in Bali when it comes to people like us ;)

Everything from booking till returning home was well taken care of and never for a moment we felt that we were in a different country. All the hotels booked were great, the tours covered everything and we were able to appreciate the beauty of the place. Just one suggestion that to distribute the trips to include beaches to every evening instead of one day for all beaches because the sun is pretty harsh and evening or early morning is best to visit beaches. Free breakfast included was also very Good and indian food was readily available. We were 10 adults in tour and we all apppreciated how good it all went out. Highly reccomend to anyone for a week tour to relax and enjoy. BALI- Bedugul temple, Water sports, Pandava beach

The destination I chose was Bali, the people there and my travel guide in Bali were really helpful, good thing about Travel Triangle was when the agency Travel Yogi defaulted their payments they linked me to another agent "shoes&loose" which did not disturb my schedule. My special thanks to Mr.Nyomen from Kintamani Transport Company who was aligned to me from Bali. The location(Bali) itself was the best memory :). Cruise and water sports are a must to be experienced, shopping is nice. Speed boat in Bedugul was an amazing experience in the amidst of awesome climate and greenery. Overall, Bali turned out to be a wonderful memory in my Honeymoon.
