illa was power cut for whole night which I understand was just a bad luck. We were given alternative arrangements but at very odd hours. We felt Kuta Central park was more pleasant because of their ultra smooth service. Other than that Git Git waterfall (Also the long drive to hilly areas) and Bedugul temple were our favorite. Tanah lot temple could have been more impressive if we were taken to it at sunset timings but time was constraint. The candle light dinner was organised in a very nice restaurant. Thank you ALS. Sandhya From ALS has taken care of each and every query very well along with prompt response. Customizing the journey was piece of cake with her even when we had to reschedule whole trip to complete new dates because of Flight cancellation due to Volcanic Eruption. Jero, our cab driver made our trip ultra comfortable. A great, decent driver with lots of patience. These two names were worth mentioning. Ask for them for your trip to BALI. I won't hesitate in using Travel Triangle & ALS Desitination again for my next holidays.

But according to the description above, I should have completed all things before 2.30 PM and has to check in the boat at 3 PM. It didn't happen according to plan. In my itinerary "Snorkeling at Pontoon" was included. And the time was [5 to 15 minutes]. And I want to mention it for the snorkeling I have paid 10k to travel triangle when I was included that. So after taking lunch at 3 PM, we went for snorkeling at 3.45PM. An instructor who is responsible for completing this activity denied for snorkeling. Because of the time delay. we almost begged him for this activity. It was like we are responsible for the dealy. After so much request he agreed for 2 minutes. For 2 minutes we have done that. At the name snorkeling, I was in one place for 2 minutes. I was not displaced from one place to another because the Instructor was not interested. So I wanted a full refund for that ? (But I know you guys don't care.) ---->> Please Answer Because of the delayed boat left at 3 PM. And we waited for 2.5 hrs for another boat. He didn't mention that we have to reach before 6. otherwise I would have left the vill earlier. we left the villa at 5.05 or 5.10 PM. Due to traffic, we missed the cruise. And whole blame come to us. So for this event, I will take full responsibility because you will say starting time was 4.15 PM. And then I will say that I asked the driver to wait and he willingly agreed. He should have mentioned the consequence of delay. But you guys will not agree for that. Because you are trained for that to make sure all the fault should go to the client. So please read the feedback carefully. And Do the needful.

One bad experience- I was informed that, the local agent will be available to escort us to the hotel when we land in Bali, however there was no one to greet , we had to wait for 2 hrs in airport. We ourselves had to get in touch with local agent and got the arrangements done to check into the hotel... Guys, please confirm for such thing not happen with you during booking your trip... #S***Happens... And yes, My Dear Vegetarians :) make your own arrangements for food. Nothings good in Bali when it comes to people like us ;)

ps to include beaches to every evening instead of one day for all beaches because the sun is pretty harsh and evening or early morning is best to visit beaches. Free breakfast included was also very Good and indian food was readily available. We were 10 adults in tour and we all apppreciated how good it all went out.
