    Shaishav Shah

I had visited two places- 1) Singapore- 4N and 2) Malaysia (KualaLumpur)- 3N. A) Singapore What went well: 1) Hotel Location was very good. Very good to Little India (Indian Veg food). Metro Station, ATMs and markets 2) Hotel Staff was supportive and eager to provide required information, cautions
. If they don't know something, they tried to find and provide the necessary information. 3) Transportt (Cab and SIC partner) was of good quality. Cab Service for sight seeing was good. 4) The information/suggestions provided by Holiday2Cherish were very useful and worth. 5) I had kept one day free for my own exploration, I explored Metro, Public Transport. It was worth observing the discipline and culture of Singapore. What Can be improved: 1) One of the driver's attitude was very rude. During Pickup at Airport on arrival, we have scheduled pickup on 7 a.m. We have been waiting at the mentioned location since 6:30 a.m. On 7:10 am. when I called Singapore support number, the driver came there and was claiming that he has been waiting since 6. The worst part is he started shouting us in the middle of airport-arrival lobby as if he were our boss. This was very bad experience. As we arrive to the country and you would be receiving this type of welcome. 2) Hotel room was very congested (less spacious). Even though Superior room was given, not enough space to freely roam. Would suggest to go to 3*, as it would help to save extra amount. Not much diff between 3* and 4* hotel (Already informed by Gazal). 3) The earlier check-in was not allowed. (I.e. we reached at 8:30 am at hotel, the check-in time was 3:30) Even after paying extra money, earlier check-in was not allowed. We got the room at 12:30 p.m. that to after so much requested. (Although Gazal had already informed me earlier about this scenario.) 4) Hotels were charging 2 SGD for 600 ml of water on top of 2 complementary bottle. This was very expensive 5) The schedule for pick up was very tight. I.e. for Universal studio, the pick up was of 7 p.m. The place where night shows and attractions were worth watching, at least 2 pick -up option should be provided (I.e. 2nd pick up at 9 p.m.) 6) Some of the key attractions were excluded from package (like singapore Flyer) which should be included in the package, as it was covered during City tour only. B) Malaysia- Kualalumpur What went well: 1) Pick up, drop, info, support from cab transport was good. They were willing to amend the itinerary on prior request. Cab drivers were helpful 2) Hotel room was more spacious than Singapore, but still not that good for 4* rating. 3) Genting Highland was worth visiting place. What Can be improved: 1) No Quality Indian Veg restaurants nearby. Only non-veg food in surrounding area. 2) Surrounding was not much good for pure veg. As, you will smell non-veg food while walking on street. Locality was ok. 3) KL towere Skydeck should be included as a part of package, rather than KLTower- Observation Deck. And it should be during daytime. 4) No need to keep more than 2 days in Kualalumpur. Rather than spend more time in other art of Malaysia- Natural beauty. Malaysia alone can be of 5-7 days trip if you want to plan for natural beauty. Overall, The complete trip was very good (except few mentioned above), with travel agent- Gazal helpful by providing necessary info and suggestions in advance. I need not to contact travel agent while On-trip, as everything was planned and organized. Singapore was very good place to visit, and for Malaysia Natural beauty- I would recommend to plan Only Malaysia- 7 days trip to explore natural beauty.

    Lalit Agrawal

Hi.. It was well organised tour to Singapore n Malaysia. Miss Urvi has coordinated beautifully throughout the tour right from inquiry. I will definitely suggest Travel triangle n Holiday 2 Cherish to my friends n relatives. Some of Improvement Required; 1. While inquiry please consider main a
ttractions in Singapore like Singapore flyer n bird sanctuary in quote. 2. Please ensure all rides n destinations are in working conditions, if not then please inform in advance. Like in my case Wings of time in Santosa and Cable car in Genting Highland was under maintenance 3. In Malaysia don't consider Hotel IBIS as it is in city n lot of traffic on road to hotel.

    Vinay Kumar

It was well Organised tour and the deals what we got was really amazing. There could have been more inclusion in the package I guess. My suggestion to the team is, when we book a private coach you need to allot more time in the Itinerary for places like Genting Highlands, Sunway Lagoon - really fel
t that we were allotted very less time to spend in the destination.

    Mohit Mathur

So here is what I would like to share : Starting for the booking process with Rocking Trips, the process was smooth and the discounts were good. We found the best package with flights via Rocking Trips. Although there were some hiccups in contacting the agents due to unavailability of certain perso
ns because of which in the middle I felt bad that just after paying the initial amount there is no one available to talk to or how the further process will be, in the end, we got everything which was decided. Regarding the tour, it was very well organized in Singapore. The arrangements were very good none of the time we felt that it was mismanaged. After landing on the airport a person was waiting with all the vouchers required for the trip and explained everything clearly so that nothing gets missed. However, on the city tour, we felt that it was not worth. Since the main places were not covered like the white Merlion which in every pick of Singapore you can see we were not taken to that place which is a must go. Rest all was well organised. Now coming to Malaysia trip it was an average trip with not so well orgainsed. We were told that we had a KL Tour observation deck ticket but we were stopped 4 floors below the top floor since it did not permit us to go to top floor we were charged 50 MYR more per person to go to the top floor. So its my request from Rocking trip to provide the correct details beforehand. On the day trip to Genting Highlands driver didn't know the routes due to which we loast 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. I was expecting some experienced dirver mite be handeling the trips but it was not at all worthy of having such a driver when you have very less time. Both the hotels Hotel Boss in Singapore and Hilton Garden Inn in Malaysia were too good. Didn't had any trouble in that. Overall it was a good journey.

That was a fantastic trip ....I enjoyed my time. Specifically, Singapore was an awesome destination for family trip. Malaysia was quite ok.....as such there was not much places to visit....Only thing which I would like to bring in your notice that the hotel which was booked for me for my stay in Mal
aysia was much better than the hotel at Singapore but it was located in a local area which was quite disappointing for a night loving person. My trip advisor assisted me at every stageand briefed me well in adv about the itinerary and procedures. I am very thank full to my trip adviser Ms Rishu Choudhary. Three days at Singapore were very exciting, loving and enjoyable for me. Universal studios and Sentosa island in Singapore and Genting Highland in Malaysia was fabulous......
