The company also should have enquired about our food preferences and planned for restaurants where we could eat proper meals. everyday it was a challenge to find vegetarian restaurent to eat lunch and snacks. The best part of the trip was the hotel Oak Ray Tea Bush, the amazing view from the hotel room was really worth it. Overall the trip was good and satisfactory.

The person who was handling from the travel triangle, she was no help. We have booked trips from travel triangle before they guide you, help you wit any question. Chetna dint do any communication and always asked to talk to the Sri Lanka agent. Which is fine but she was no help at all.

The initial plans and arrangements looked good. Due to the rains and landslides, the locations were changed. The travel agent probably tried to reorganise things. h check. The Bentota stay was a mess. Mirissa was still good. To save money the agent did shabby arrangements not because of time. There were plenty of options. I am not happy with travel triangle for the first time. This must be compensated. Good stay inn Mirissa. Hotel was good though some initial confusion about the package but clarified later. The driver was principally good but not consistent. Young boy, goes away for long in the gaps, every time delayed to return and pick us. Always on the mobile phone. Very insecure driving.
