I am very happy with the services that Ceylon Trips and Tramps made for my parents. The driver cum guide udyanga was very polite and cooperative and made them feel as comfortable as family. Special mention to him. The iterniery as mentioned was almost covered everyday. The hotels booked were all good, except the one night at bentota where due to the change in the plan there was a lot of time wasted in searching for a new hotel and was exhaustive. The car was comfortable gave a leisurely feel on travel. Overall you guys made the trip cherishable and memorable, thank you very much. I definitely have many more people planning to visit srilanka and will suggest your agency for the same. Points where you can improve, 1. Entrance fee as a part of the package as it's cumbersome to deal with the bookings each time. 2. Keeping better communication regarding the payments, and other such formalities to prevent any hassle. 3. Keeping the bookings ensured so that there is no feel of wasting time on searching for the new ones. "Lankavu lasun ratak殺" Thank you again  Seetha temple, and the coral islands boating were the best!
