The trip turned out to be amazing, thanks to our driver, Amir Bhai, who was incredibly supportive and had a great sense of humor. He made the journey so enjoyable that we'd love to travel with him again. Also, a big thank you to Abhijit Singh from Travel Triangle, who was extremely helpful and supportive during a challenging conversation we had with the travel agent before the trip began

Hotel in Munnar was good. Even driver was helpful and friendly. But not happy with the Houseboat services. They didn't even provide food what is mentioned on the website. For dinner they didn't provide what is mentioned in the website. In the morning breakfast we had only Idli Chutney and Sambar. That's it. When I asked, only Idli and sambar is prepared. No morning 8 to 9am ride also.

Fast Replies , Solving issues within few minutes was truly exceptional. Stays were really good. Best food with great ambience.

We went to Goa. We had excellent trip with Turn on vacation. Hotel was good. We enjoyed a lot. Our driver aman bhaiya is very funny nice and great service were given by them. Each and every place in goa i have seen nice person he creating jokes. By the way i love this tour very much my personal experience. Thank you so much . We will suggest to all tourist to travel from Turn on vacation.

The entire trip was organised very well. However, what i felt was for the initial 2 days we would have stayed in ubud and later moved to kuta. Bali swing and ulludhanu temple

I had great trip experience. Sharmila ji had carefully planned entire trip and gave us complete details before hand regarding trip documents and process. She also took great care in selecting hotels and cab.

We had a great time on our north east holidays. Cab service and driver was very good. Hotels could have been assigned better but complimentory breakfast part was very nice.

The service of royal central hotel in Haridwar was not good. Washroom's tab, WC everything was worst quality. Rest journey and hotel was good.

Here's a breakdown: *Travel Agent* Roshni from Advance Easy Trip planned our trip and was extremely helpful and polite throughout. We'd highly recommend her services. *Stay/Hotel* The 3-star hotel was upgraded due to room unavailability, and we were pleasantly surprised with the better view and facilities. Although breakfast and dinner options were limited (2 main course dishes without butter roti), the good deal and location made up for it. *Budget Friendly* The prices offered by Roshni were competitive, and we verified them against market rates. *Hotel* The hotel had an electricity issue, but it wasn't a major concern since we didn't require AC or fans. The food options were limited compared to other hotels in the market (given our experience in the hotel industry). However, the views and peaceful environment were exceptional, and we'd give it 5/5 for those aspects. *Transport/Cab/Driver* Unfortunately, our experience with the driver, Sahjd Ali, was disappointing. He: - Lacked etiquette and was rude - Slept excessively during drives and denied requests - Didn't follow the itinerary and made false claims about attractions and charges - Tried to deceive us with false claims about entry fees for Atal Tunnel (claimed 1500 government charge, demanded 3000 extra) - Drove slowly to charge extra 2000 for night charges - Had a good network in Manali and prioritized meeting friends and relatives over our needs - Didn't pick up calls (14 attempts) *Driver Details* - Name: Sahjd Ali - Contact number ends with: 314168 - Swift cab number ends with: 6799 *Recommendation* While the trip was good overall, we'd advise against using the driver Sahjd Ali.
