The cab and the driver (Om Prakash) was excellent. He was always on time and helped us cover all the places in the itenery. Thanks for the help provided booking and travel. Except one hotel in Ujjain other hotels were fine. The cab driver though didn’t have much knowledge about the places, was very helpful and punctual through out the trip. Club 7 vacation person Neha was available whenever we needed any info/help.

We three sisters, one from UK and two from India, had decided to meet and enjoy at Dubai. Our tour of 7N8D was organised by Shilpaji of Travel Vichar who has given us a nice and comfortable hotel at reasonable price. The rooms and washroom were nice, large and comfortable. Staff was polite and co-operative. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. There are many good Indian restaurants near this hotel and food quality is good. Shilpaji had given us comfortable 7 seater taxi and a driver for our whole trip right from airport pickup to return drop. Driver was English and Hindi speaking and co-operative. Dubai is tourist friendly country and there are 35 tourist destinations. You need 15 days to see all. However Shilpaji had selected popular and outstanding destinations for us and we used to see 3 destinations every day. We enjoyed our trip thoroughly, thanks to Shilpaji of Travel Vichar.

The first two days of our trip was a total waste of time because of the lousy cab that reported to us one hour after we landed in Dehradun. And after that he has no money to pay the finest as his wheel was locked by the authorities for parking over time . Due to this attitude of the driver ,we were delayed for our trip to Rajaji and further that delayed and we missed the ganga Aarti at Haridwar . The next day too the same cab driver was hanging around and we refused to go in that car . PLEASE NOTE- This can was different than the video and photographs of the vehicle that was sent to us before booking the travel agent . Finally Mithila travels agreed to send us a better car and said that we have to pay ₹1500/- per day extra .. When we demanded to cancel our entire trip and asked for refund .. this price was brought down to ₹500/ per day and we had to accept because we were just hanging around Dehradun doing nothing for two days . Senior officials of Travel Triangle were also involved in solving the issue. After change of the vehicle & driver ..After understanding of the situation.... After the change of car & driver
