I booked the trip 3 months in advance All the hotels names were confirmed Trip locations confirmed Travelling vehicles confirmed All the data included and excluded was explicitly mentioned I had opted for 3 star hotels for first 3 days And 5 star hotel on last 2 days Most of them were good Only concern was with ozaki All hotels were good and hygiene Breakfast included in package was good everywhere expect Aarunya The Innova crysta was provided as agreed and driver was well behaved All parking and toll covered If the drivers are aware of opening time and if we could start and reach on time we could have saved loads time.. just work on keeping track of opening time and being there In Amber fort we missed elephant ride since we reached after 12pm at which time it’s closed In Pushkar we had to wait since we reached at temple closing time from 12 to 3 pm Tara niwas hotel had good vibe of leavening in a Haweli The driver took us to tasty food stops The travel partner was actively responding to quires All hotels had pre info for Hassel free check in and checkout The vehicle was changed on last day due to some issue But got replacement on time Had a seemless experience Thank you

I recently had an amazing 9-day trip to Vietnam, covering Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. A big thanks to Lila Dao from S Vietnam Trips for planning and customizing our itinerary, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Her support, along with Michael and his team’s prompt assistance during the trip. Here’s a detailed review of our experience: Transportation: The arrangements were excellent and we faced no issues throughout our journey. Accommodation: The stays were comfortable overall, except for the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, which was below expectations. Food: The food provided at the hotels was average. However, the food at Ba Na Hills was exceptional and stood out as a highlight. Tour Guides: The tour guides were average. While some did their best, many simply directed us to destinations without sharing much information about the places, leaving us wanting more engaging explanations. Halong Bay Cruise: Place was great but the cruise we got was small and lacked activities, especially during the sunset party we had been looking forward to. We spent most of the 24-hour cruise either docked or on smaller boats, with only about 2 hours of actual cruising. This could definitely be improved. Ba Na Hills Visit: Although the place was incredible, we were given very limited time to explore. Arriving at 12 PM and being asked to leave by 4 PM didn’t allow enough time to fully experience the attractions, especially considering the crowd. Extending the visit time would have made a huge difference. Overall, it was a memorable trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement in certain aspects. It was really a wonderful experience to visit Kerala with my wife......the scenic beauty and fresh weather in Munnar and Thekkady............the feel of the mighty Arabic sea at Kovalam......the Kanyakumari.........the amazing poovar ......and the houseboat experience at alleppy being an "icing on the cake". It was a nicely trimmed plan from Kerala Travel Trotters. I thank Mrs. Simi for that. The man without whom the tour would not have been enjoyable upto that extent was undoubtedly Mr. Renny, the guide. Within these few days he becomes a good friend and he was always ready to offer helping hand even in the smallest issue. A big thanks to him. The hotel quality offered was very good. (though there was some issues regarding quality at the hotel at Kovalam, Mr. Renny quickly comes up for a rescue). The car offered was also good. We can definitely recommend KTT.
