Whole trip organized by Ms Huyem Pham from IndoChina travel agency was awesome including site seeing, tour guides , Hotels, activities and staff & their services, People from vietnam are very helpful and polite for the visitors,,,,,,,it was the most vibrant trip for us......I would like to visit again along with package tour prepared by Ms Huyem Pham. Furthermore, TravelTriangle did also great job but there slow and ignorant behaviour after Trip was frustrating Hanoi beer street, keim lake, Halong bay cruise and surprise caves, Danang's Lady Buddha, caves ,Hoi An town's Lartern boating, Bana hills..

It was my first solo trip and I was little hesitant in going from one state to another all alone on a day’s trip. But Unexplored trip vendor from Travel Triangle assured me to be stress free. Their employee Sizra, quickly provided me customised itineraries whenever I asked for modifications in my plan. She was quite cooperative and followed up very well till my trip ended. A Memorable Kashmir Experience We had an amazing trip to Kashmir with Paradise Port, covering Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Gulmarg, a houseboat stay, and a Shikara ride. Everything was well-organized—from comfortable accommodations to seamless transportation. Each destination was breathtaking, and the houseboat stay and Shikara ride on Dal Lake were truly magical. The team ensured our comfort and safety throughout. Highly recommend them for a hassle-free and unforgettable Kashmir experience!

At first, I was reluctant to book my trip with Travel Triangle as nowadays there are lot of fake websites and agents but seeing their payment terms which was to be done in three installments, I decided to book the trip with travel Triangle. Only 30% of the amount to be paid before the start of the trip and all the payment to be done through website build a sense of trust on them. They also assured that all the agents are verified ones. So, I confirmed my booking with Design your trips as the budget suited me well. The trip manager handled the queries very well, be it early morning or late night she was available to answer and make changes in my itinerary according to my needs. But just after payment of the 1st installment she informed that the hotel I have selected is not available and she suggested me a different hotel near to the previous one. I reacted negatively as how can she do this after payment but later I accepted it as the hotel turned out to be a good one with good staff and food. Also, she said that all hotels including houseboats in Srinagar have 24 hours check in and check out facility but that was again told to convince the customers, and we were told that at the houseboat that the check-out time is 12 o clock. Overall, the hotel was good, but the Cab driver was not up to the mark. Throughout the journey he was driving very roughly which is the last thing to do in the hilly terrains of Srinagar and Gulmarg. Before reaching Gulmarg, he stopped the vehicle at Tangmarg saying that we need to book a different vehicle from there for our onward journey to Gulmarg as the weather is not good uphill. But as guided by the tour manager if there is no snowfall there is no need of chained vehicles, and the same agency vehicle will go uphill. After bit of protesting he agreed to continue but he tried his best to avoid going for the side scenes stating that only local vehicles are allowed to do so. Even being the local of Srinagar, he did not guide while visiting the local sightseeing of Srinagar. Also want to inform that staying in houseboat include booking a Sikara for going to and fro to the houseboat which was provided free of cost only once. Review of Gangtok Sightseeing/Darjeeling Sightseeing &Hotels: - 1.Hotel: -Summit Ttakshang Residency Hotel & Spa, Gangtok-I would like to give 5*s for the Service & Hospitality. It’s very close to MG Marg.Also for seving delicious buffet breakfast & polite behavior of hotel staff. We explored various food options at MG Marg (Different types of Momos-Veg Momos/Chicken Momos/Thukpa/Thaipo/Jhol Momos/Peri Peri Momos/Fried Momos) & did shopping at Lal Bazaar. (Bought Winter Jackets& other items at very cheap rate). If you are interested to enjoy night life do visit After Dark Discotheque. 1.Gangtok Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr. Satish. Places to Visit:- --Ganesh Tok—Lord Ganesh Temple. --Hanuman Tok—Lord Hanuman Temple --Gonjang Monastery --Bakthankg Waterfall --Tashi View Point—Sunset View Point --Nathula Pass—India China Border. (Must Visit) --Baba Harbhajan Singh Temple(Must Visit) --Changu Lake.(Must Visit):-Enjoyed Ropeway ride 2.Hotel: -Hotel Himalayan Retreat, Darjeeling-I would like to give 3*s for Service& Hospitality. Its very close to Mall Road.Morning Breakfast options are limited.You only get Puri Bhaji/Poha/1 egg/1 Banana/Tea/Coffee/Juice.Same breakfast everyday.They charged extra 500INR per Night for Heater for bad quality-Ideally it should have been covered in room charges.Would suggest go for another hotel. We visited Glenary's— Bakery, Restaurant& Pub, and explored various food options @Mall Road. 2.Darjeeling Sightseeing: -Ontime Pick up & Drop by Mr.Ashal & Mr.Jugal. Enjoyed Darjeeling Joy Ride. Places to Visit: - --Tiger Hill-Unfortunately couldn't visit due to bad weather. --Peace Pagoda (Japanese Temple) --Tenzing Rock HMI --Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park --Batasia Loop --Ghoom Monastery --K SANG-NGAG CHOLING MONASTERY --Pine Tree Forest --Simana View point --Pashupati Temple & Market (India-Nepal Border)-Visited Temple & did shopping at Pashupati market. --Gopal Dhara Tea Estate-Bought variety to Tea Packets. --Mirik Lake:-Horse Riding/Boating. We recently had a trip to Udaipur arranged by your agency, and overall, it was a great experience. The accommodations, itinerary, and arrangements were well-planned, and we truly enjoyed exploring the city. However, one concern we faced was the frequent change of cab drivers. Each day, a new driver was assigned, which made it slightly inconvenient to adjust to different driving styles and explain our preferences repeatedly. It would be much better if a single driver could be assigned for the entire tour to ensure a smoother and more comfortable experience. first of all thanks to Miss Sheetal from tripseller, who well planed our kerala trip. stays were excellent, princess de munnar resort was awesome place, staff was also so good and they had given well services. In Thekkady periyar meadows hotel was more than expectations, and they had given us proper service. only in kovalam, golden sand resort had disappointed me little bit, there was no food after 9:30 pm and no hot water for bath after 10 pm and double bed also not comfortable, they had joined two single bed with two single mattresses. our guide cum driver Mr. Raju sangun, were so humble person, he guided us very well about every place. Munnar is mesmerizing place. My daughter most liked Kathakali show and elephant ride of Thekkady. Kovalam beach is funfull and relaxing place. My daughter has full enjoy the sea water in Kovalam beach. Jatayu monuments is unbelievable place. Povar Island is heaven. Boating in povar lake brings us close to nature.
