This tower is telecommunications and observation tower which is located at the corner of Victoria and Federal Streets in the Auckland BD, Auckland, New Zealand. The height of this tower is 1,076 ft, and that is what makes this tower the tallest structure standing in the southern hemisphere. Due to its unique design and height, it has become an iconic landmark. Sky Tower in Auckland was opened on 3rd August 1997 and is completely owned by SkyCity Entertainment Group.

This tower is enjoying international attention since 1997 as it houses many attractions for visitors as well as the people of New Zealand. Attractions like Sky Lounge on level 50, Orbit 360° dining on level 52 and The Sugar Club restaurant on level 53 which is also used for bungee jumping from Auckland sky tower and simply experiencing Sky Tower view has made this tower what it is today in people’s eye. The upper part of the tower has the only revolving restaurant in New Zealand which is 620 feet from the ground and turns/revolves 360° every hour. Some visitors especially come to this tower only for the experience this restaurant which is world famous.
