Sudarshan from Daya Holidays was extremely accommodating with all changes I suggested in the itinerary . Pasindu, our driver, was very friendly and cooperative. Galle/Unawatuna beaches are a beauty.

Lavendish Beach Resort Unawatuna, Hotel toilet dirty, low water pressure, door without door lock latch. We request for changing room, but the hotel owner replied us "YOU CAN LEAVE MY HOTEL IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE ROOM" The most Worst service they have provided.

First of all, Thanks a lot for making our trip to Sri lanka so memorable. Both the hotels in Unawatuna and Wadduwa was very good in respect of quality. I will add an extra point to this trip for the person who drove us Mr. Madu, he is an awesome human being who made our trip really unforgettable. He accompanied us like a friend. I just want to raise one issue that is regarding the resort in Wadduwa. The resort was full crowded and the location was not as good as we expected. Instead we would have loved to stay at Hikkaduwa coral reef area. Apart from this Sri Lanka trip was awesome and we will plan very soon to visit the other parts of it.

We had a great stay in the first five destinations...had a lovely experience...But the hotels provided in Bentota and Colombo were not at all good. In Bentota, the location was also quite far from the actual place. It was not in Bentota. The Colombo hotel was also not good. Rest everything was fine. Unawatuna was the best of the places visited. The hotel provided was also great. Thanks

Rishabh From Travel Triangle was a great help in selecting the right package and right travel agent. The trip was seamless right from pickup from the airport to the drop. There was a cab with a driver throughout. The driver could have been better but can't complain much. All the hotels were nice boutique hotels at good locations. Nuwara Eliya & Unawatuna were the highlights of the trip. Hotels provided there had great views. Overall I recommend Rishabh & Aziz Travels for Srilanka trip

Sherry's 6 days trip to Sri Lanka

It was a great experience but few callouts. 1. There is weird tipping system. Everybody expects good tip there especially our driver Mr. Upali. He expected lunch, good tip everyday. His attitude was also not acceptable. 2. We stayed in Coco Royal Beach Resort which was in kalutara 25kms away from bentota, whereas I asked for hotel in bentota. We had to go to Bentota for city tour with our driver Upali, who talked more and drove less stopping everywhere without any reason. Resort's bed and mattresses were not comfortable and also food served there was not hot hence didn't like it. But the view is great. 3. Day 3 we were to move from kalutara to Unawatuna via Galle(had lunch there) and Upali took more then 6 hours to cover that distance which was merely of 2 hours. He started showing where he studied, where he played etc hence we had to ask him to move faster which he didn't listen and moved as per his will, hence our whole experience was pathetic due to him. I will suggest not to assign him to anyone. He wastes lot of time and you will miss most of things due to him. When we reached hotel he came to know that we will be going to Mirissa with somebody else,as I requested for driver change, he started arguing with us as he was expecting to earn some money in whale watching safari. 4. We stayed at kabalana hotel which was just amazing. Rooms were great and comfortable and beach too was awesome.Food and staff was also good. If you want breads ask them to cook for you prior to meal. 5. We went to Mirissa for whale watching with new driver. He was nice and gentle but he wasn't reserved for full day by Apple Holidays(as per our itinerary he should have been there till evening). We were at Mirissa beach and he started saying around 12pm lets go back I have other customers to pick. Hence we had to leave there early and we came back to hotel then and enjoyed there only. 6. Next day we had to reach ella via national park. Our new driver Mr. Udhana was really great. He drove fast and we could visit Udawalawe national park on time and then reached ella too by 5pm. He showed us ella city. He brought us back to Colombo next day and gave us quick sneak peak around Colombo's few attractions. 7. Overall our trip could have been much better if our first driver was better. We could have covered more places but a big shout to Dimple for managing so well. Sri Lanka is indeed a beautiful place to visit. I would like to visit there again and would like to learn surfing too.

Paromita's 5 days trip to Sri Lanka

We recently took a package from the Wonderous Holidays via Travel Triangle for a trip to Sri Lanka. Overall the trip was good and would love to visit Sri Lanka again for its natural beauty and humble nature of the local people. I would like to highlight some pros and cons of our trip. To start with the positives: 1. Good choice of hotels overall, but there were a few glitches which I will mention in my cons but undoubtedly the hotels at Nuwara Eliya & Colombo was the best out of all. 2. Local Sri Lankan Cuisine - Amazing. Period 3. Our driver, Sadeesh was a very sweet and a friendly guy. He cooperated with us throughout the trip which was the best part. 4. We had the best experience in Nuwara Eliya, so if you ever plan to travel to Sri Lanka, please visit Nuwara Eliya. 5. The travel agents had upgraded our hotel in Colombo to the one with pool which was really good. Now coming to the cons. 1. April End - May would not be a very good time to visit Sri Lanka especially to places like Unawatuna, Galle & Colombo though you can still visit Kandy/Nuwara Eliya / Ramboda. 2. We were not informed by either the Travel Agent or Travel Triangle about their local festival which continued for almost 3 days from our 5-day trip. Therefore we could not enjoy since most of the places were shut down plus it was a dry day for all the 3 days. 3. In one of our hotels, we were served uncooked food from the set menu and no buffet, the reason given to us was, non-presence of a lot of guests in the hotel. (Since we were at a half board meal plan it was very disappointing). 4. We were given a local sim for which we bought the activation and recharge cards but it didn't work until the end, and could not escalate it either because of a holiday in Sri Lanka for 3 days. 4. We had a trip to Bentota in one of the days since we didn't know the distance between all the places, we wasted one full day in travelling down from Nuwara Eliya to Unawatuna which took us more than 10 hours. 5. We had an assigned point of contact form travel triangle whose phone was never reachable. 6. Last but not the least, we had a candlelight dinner mentioned in our itinerary which was not provided to us in any of the hotels. The travel agent assured us that they have done the bookings but surprisingly the hotel guys came back to us stating they were not informed. It happened in two hotels consecutively. Overall if I have to sum up, it was a good trip. Only if we were informed earlier about the holidays we could have re-planned our dates to make the most of Sri Lanka. But as a place, I would highly recommend.

TT has been very helpful and pro-active in designing the personalized tour plan which aptly met the tastes, emotions and requirements of my family. I was parallely working with another service provider. I had proposed changes multiple times and all where considered with proper feedback and reviewed by TT with quick turn around. This truly made my job easy to quickly decide and finally convinced to go with TT. My choice was not wrong! 1. Great Tooth temple of Lord Budhha (Candy) - a must to visit. 2. The ride through the slopy terrain of Nuwara Eliya - the places are highly inspired by events of the great epic Ramayana. Seeta Amman temple, the spot where Hanuman had first vision of Sita ... was a magical experience. 3. Hotel Calamander at Unawatuna beach 4. Mirissa beach - whale watch 15km inside the ocean 5. Dutch+British colony of forts.

Firstly I would like to thank Miss Afra from self holidays for perfectly customising a 7 day (6N) Sri Lanka trip for me and my friends (total 6). Her politeness and prompt behaviour on all our untimely queries made this trip even better. You can reach out to self holidays team anytime during the day and you are bound to get a prompt response. The hotels that were selected for us were amazing and nicely located (near to spots). We were given a brand new chaufferred Toyota Hiace to travel throughout the trip. Our driver Mr. Dammika was an amazing guy to be with and he treasures quite some in-depth knowledge about the country. And the best thing was he speaks Hindi, so it was like a cakewalk for us. Highlights of my trip : 1. Day 1 - sigiriya Negombo airport - dambulla cave temple - sigiriya Lions rock - kassappa hotel night stay 2. Day 2 - Ella Kassappa hotel - kandy - nuwara eliya - Ella - mount heaven hotel night stay 3. Day 3 - Ella Adams peak, nine arch bridge, ravana falls, ravana caves, Ella mount t heaven hotel night stay 4. Day 4 - Udawalawe Ella hotel - udawalawe jungle safari - night stay at Grand Udawalawe Safari Resort 5. Day 5 - Bentota Udawalawe to Wunderbar hotel. Relax 6. Day 6 - Bentota Scuba diving @ unawatuna beach, galle fort, rummasaala hills, jungle beach, relax 7. Day 7 - Colombo (fly back to Mumbai) Bentota to colombo, shopping etc Tip to self holidays : 1. If you are giving the same plan to any other Traveller then day 2 the stay should be at Nuwara Eliya instead of Ella. Day 3 stay can be kept at Ella. Tip to fellow travelers : 1. For fellow indians, you can carry your debit cards along....all supermarkets accept debit cards and the charges are very nominal. Hardly 0.1rs difference. 2. If there are any concerns on what to eat, the safest option is to have a than (veg/non veg). That's avl almost at all places. 3. Target sigiriya rock in the evening. Say around 3.30pm to 4pm. You can experience one of the best sunsets. 4. Target Adams peak early morning. Hardly 30min walk. Ideally you should experience the sunrise from Adams peak. 5. Coconut water is avl in abundance and is the best filler. It's just amazing.
