Firstly the hotel provided by the travel agent in athirapally was not good, the rooms were not in a good condition, old furniture and very small. The driver provided by the agent was not able to communicate properly in hindi. We had a lot of issues talking to him and understanding him, Also he had q

uarrels with other people during the trip 2-3 times. He was himself ready to show us places outside the itinerary which were known to him, may be there was commission for him. But when we asked to take us to a place other than itinerary, He said it is not in the itinerary and i cant take you there

Overall I would rate 8/10 for my 1st trip with travel triangle but coordination was not good on terms of hotel booking,cab driver & communication between agency & cab driver for itenary fulfillment. Alleppy houseboat experience was awesome along with athirapally waterfall sightseeing.

Driver was bad. Angry and rude and he covered munnar in one day and on second he forced us to go on jeep safari for sight seeing that costed 4000 rs. He kept pushing us for paid activities and told that munnar is done, nothing left now. Athirapally falls use to be done on first day he told us that w

e will do last day as we were having no knowledge. Last day we just went athirapally falls, no sight seeing in cochin was covered as there were about 5 - 6 places in itenary. He don't use to stop at sight seeing viewpoint in munnar. Bad behaviour and we were not very comfortable Houseboat and munnar and athirapally falls. Lulu hypermarket was also good. Every memory was good in its own way, its just that driver should have been good enough to make the trip perfect.

Overall experience was good...though the cab was old , driver riyaz was excellent in every way, in terms of time, behaviour.... But wish she could have given a better service regarding this houseboat issue.... Bcoz it was all talk but with no fruitful results Apart from Alleppey each and every day of our trip was memorable.... Athirapally was mesmerizing

Cab was nice , driver was good but they refuge to take me to athirapalli waterfall saying that it is not in itinerary ,i show them your quote but they were adamant, finally mr. Rakesh somehow convinced th

em . But everything must be cleared before a trip. If you say three star hotel then stick to it otherwise it leaves bad impression for your company. Bamboo Dale munnar and house boat Alleppey were excellent.
