Abhishek's 4 days trip to Kodaikanal

The trip plan and resort choice is good. But the driver is very very bad. Had worst experience with cab driver from the start of the trip. Where ever we start he’ll tells that that will be closed. The worst thing is even for dinner and lunch also if we ask for a certain place he finds many reasons not to go there. At start only we understood and requested travel agent to change the driver, they convinced and sent us. We had a very bad and worst memories where our entire happiest trip mood changed to hit discussions and fight with the driver. Entire spoiler of the trip The best thing travel agent did is booking the resorts. The resorts are really awesome and the service is excellent. The eagles dare is one good option we chose in ooty

Ravi's 7 days trip to Kodaikanal

There were some initial hitches with my bookings as the agreed itenary were sold out once the payment was made but post that it was a smooth ride with Carlo travels. Only recommendation would be to be more careful and confirm about property avialbility before final bookings. A special mention for the cab service that they had provided 'South Tourism'. They were absolutely professional, disciplined and had a amazing fleet. Our driver Mr.Sridhar was very nice, he had hands on knowledge of all roads and and was very courteous. Would recommend Carlo travels to provide services from South Tourism to all their clients.
