SPSV travels arranged for a very smooth experience, all the tours were good, any issue was immediately responded by the ground team, post booking support was also very good. The only con was both the hotels gave us no view rooms, although both properties were great, also we missed the lunch on our private tour to the emerald pool and hot springs as the driver did not inform where it would be served. The 7 island sunset tour from Krabi agency was specifically very good gave us the bio luminescent plankton tour, it being a specifically a no moon night we could see them even from the boat. The Phi Phi and other island tour was also great. Overall would highly recommend SPSV and Mihir, they were exceptionally helpful and offered most competitive pricing with topnotch service.

Everything was good, except Phi phi island tour and City tour. We feel time and money wasted for both the tours. Especially for city tour our iternary was changed without letting us know, and we were asked to pay extra if we want to cover places included in our iternary. We ahould be informed prior if any changes so we have palnned things better.
