Ravikant's 3 days trip to Spiti

Services provided by Travel Triangle were excellent and the agent Ms. Deepali was very cooperative and in touch with us throughout the trip, to check if everything was going on well. Only two problems were there: 1.As per the itinerary, dropping meal needed to be provided but not given to us. 2. Last moment, manikaran ghat's plan was changed because of the crowd/traffic jam. This point I believe, should had to be taken into consideration while planning the itinerary. Moreover, driver was saying that we won't be responsible if u r not able to catch ur returning bus, if u go to see manikaran ghaat. 3. Plan changes should be allowed and accordingly refund should be given due to any local issues. Overall, everything was great like hotel, bus and other related services but still little management things need to be sorted out for better connection in future.

I would like to thank Holidays Icon for planning and arranging a splendid vacation for me and my wife in Spiti valley. I would like to call out Mr Ashwani who planned the trip for us and drove us to the valley himself owing to the fact that I had met with an accident few days before the trip and injured my spine just to make sure that I don't risk my self during the trip. Hotels provided were very good. Mr Ashwani made sure that our stay and travel was comfortable. It was more like taking a road trip with a friend. When tried to contact travel talkies the person asked me to contact manager who in turn asked to contact travel correspondent and so on … later none of them did either reply nor did they answered my calls

Spiti in winters where you get temperature low as -34 degrees. Journey which can froze your blood and can make u numb in senses. I have decided to go with classic expedition and get in touch with them, As i had already been into himalayas in winters but my friends were too scared and were trying to back out the trip but when we reach Shimla the guidance and support provided by classic expedition is fabulous and they helped us while journey and after that too and within journey i would say we have best facilities whether its home stay(which is equivalent to any 4 star hotel services ) , travelling vehicle . Also the relationship they build with you is tremendous and the knowledge they have around the place and history is impeccable. Sandip ( contact number 7650-983523) has been with us to take care of everything make sure that our vehicles food and stay should have all required things and we should go to each and every destination planned.
