This trip to Thailand was an unforgettable experience, exceeding all expectations. The itinerary was perfectly planned by Nikita and Tarun to cover Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket allowing us to explore a variety of breathtaking landscapes, beaches and cultural sites. Our accommodations were comfortable and conveniently located, providing easy access to local attractions. The transport facility provided were on time, hygienic and made sure that we do not face any challenge in exploring the country. Good agent at Thailand. We visited Bangkok and Phuket. Representatives at both places were very cordial. Shared the plan for the next day well ahead for us to plan. It was a group tour at all places. Pick-Up and Drop were well planned. There were no wait at any place. All coordination was done by the representative with perfection. Only complaint is that NO one from Travel Triangle coordinated the pre-booking activities. I was coordinating with the service providers directly. Travel Triangle representative called only ONCE for the booking payment. Rest of the time till the end of the tour, they did not bother to check the status. It was strange behavior. Presently I am working on another trip through travel triangle and observing the same behavior.

The whole trip is very well managed but 2-3 times driver issue arises. 1. when we going from pattaya to bangkok then the driver is not in good mood and non cooperative and don't understand english. Insted of himself buy the tickets driver give us money to buy the ticket for the activities. 2. When we going for sky walk the driver was rude and doesn't understand english and when I tried to tell him he get aggressive and shouted on me. These are the majour incident u need to take care in future Otherwise it was good managed trip by tt

The trip was good , hotels were great except bangkok Hotel, all hotel locations were in proximity in things to do. Our trip highlight was four island tour, although time was less to relax and to enjoy the vibe but beaches were very beautiful. Our all pick and drops were smooth and travel agent was supportive.
