Trip to ThailandHello travelled Thailand in Jan 2018 and the trip was planned by Mr Vishnu of I needtrip. It was well organised and all the sight seeing and other iternary was well planned. Hotels at Phuket and Pattaya wer excellent although it could have been better at Bankok. Enjoyed and had a great vaccation..Thanks Vishnu again.
Trip to ThailandFirst day we were moved to a different cheap hotel because the casa del m was full no idea how that happened as we booked the hotel more than a month in advance. Limited options in breakfast. Beaches in Phuket, massages in Pattaya, safari world and shopping in Bangkok

Trip to ThailandThe tour up to Phuket and Krabi was excellent. Ms Pum ( local contact for Phuket and Krabi used to be in continuous touch with us and visited us at the Hotel and explained in detail the itinerary for these two places. The big disappointment came when we reached Pattaya. We were taken to Hotel Sea Pattaya but our booking was at Hotel Ibis which the local contact Dharmesh Patel was not aware of. Further, his local partner in Pattaya, one Mr. Titoo did not contact us but we had to continuously follow up with him. Again, we had informed that we wanted to have the booking for the last show of the day of Alcazhar Show at 9.30pm but he had booked us for 6.30pm show. So there was lots of miscommunication. Next day, the experience was horrible. Despite our request to start early for the Noong Nooch programme, Mr. Titoo sent the vehicle late and he did not guide us properly. Further, our programme was with lunch but he had not purchased meal coupons. on checking with him, he first said that the programme was not the with the lunch, later he said admitted that it was with meal included. Later on, instead of our having meal at the Noong Nooch( costing 300TB per person, totaling 1200TB), he took us to a local restaurant and we had our meal at 3.30 instead of having it at 1.00pm at Noong Nooch. There was no regret ,no remorse, no apology by Mr. Titoo. We spent over 2 hours at Noong Nooch restaurant waiting for him and we lost that 2 hours of sightseeing. You should immediately review your contacts in Pattaya because even Mr. Patel did not bother to contact us. We really felt we were short changed at Patayya. Also , recover the 1200TB which he did not utilise for the meal at Noong Nooch. Hotels in Phuket, Krabi were very good but the hotel in Pattaya(Ibis) is very small. 2 things which were not taken care of at the time of booking, first the preference for the meal( Veg/Non veg) and secondly smoking / non smoking rooms. In Bangkok, we were given rooms in smoking areas which were stinking and unbearable. After lot of cajoling at the reception we were able to manage 1 room in no smoking area. The AC and the hot water facility were not functioning. so here also the experience was bad and the Hotel is not upto the mark.
Trip to ThailandNice arrangements by Travelia Holiday , Travel triangle & local travel agent travelbulz, however itinerary can even be made better. Customer executive was helpful & ready to resolve query always. In 1/2 day Bangkok city tour they only show 1 temple (golden buddha) & palace. Pattaya Hotel was really nice place with good Indian breakfast (Cenatara Pattaya Hotel) However Bangkok Hotel was not upto the mark (Hotel Marvel) But overall experience is satisfactory.
Trip to Thailandhad a lovely time in Thailand. there was not much communication with the agents but everything was organised without discrepancies
Trip to ThailandIt was a pretty decent trip. Thailand is a beautiful place. The nightlife out there is definitely something you don't get to experience here in India. Phuket and Krabi had beautiful landscapes. And Bangkok and Pattaya had a rich city life (with too many Indian tourists in both these places) About the travel agency, sometimes you got to be a little patient with them. But they did manage to pull off a decent job. The hotels and cabs provided were also pretty good. Overall a pleasant experience. Thanks to the whole team. The dinner at the Phra Nang cave in Krabi was my favourite one. The beautiful sunset out there is the best experience one could ever get.
Trip to ThailandShould provide nearby good option and also provide other place to visit apart form the planned trip.. Travel to Phi Phi island and other location was awesome..
