We had a great experience travelling through Green Zone Destination to Bhutan. Travel agent Sharmila was very patient through out in listening to our requirements and plan out the itinerary. She was helping and checking on us through out the trip. The guide and driver assigned to us in Bhutan were also very good. The eureka cab services also did their job perfectly. Our family trip to Bhutan for 8 days was superbly conducted and coordinated by Mr Hari Prasad of Bhutan Online Booking travels. While booking the trip, all our requirements were included in affordable budget and the same was executed during the trip. The choice of hotels were superb and the vehicle was super comfortable and clean. Our guide and driver were very professional and well behaved. Minute details of our needs and requirements were well-taken care of. The best part of the Mr Hari Prasad of Bhutan Online Booking travels is his prompt response to any query and good coordination among his team. Overall it was a memorable trip for the parents, kids and us. We are grateful to have received the warmth and care from the people of Bhutan during our stay. We highly recommend Mr Hari Prasad of Bhutan Online Booking travels.

Pascoal's 6 days trip to Bhutan

We recently booked a 5-night family trip to Bhutan through Travel Triangle with AD Tours & Travels handling the ground arrangements. While our experience with AD Tours & Travels was excellent, I must express disappointment with Travel Triangle’s customer service. The Travel Triangle team was very proactive in ensuring payments were made, but once that was completed, there were no calls or follow-ups from them before, during, or even after the trip. This lack of courtesy was quite surprising, especially for a company that claims to focus on customer service. On the other hand, AD Tours & Travels, and especially our travel consultant Seema, were exceptional. Seema went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our trip was perfect. The hotels chosen were fantastic, the vehicle provided was comfortable, and our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a small issue with our guide, Mr. Tashi, but Seema quickly addressed it, demonstrating excellent customer care. Overall, AD Tours & Travels saved the experience for us with their dedicated service, but Travel Triangle’s lack of follow-up and support was disappointing. I highly recommend AD Tours & Travels for their professionalism, but I hope Travel Triangle improves its post-booking customer engagement in the future.
