I want to give 1 star but feedback is not submitting below 3 stars so i have to give them 3 stars forcefully. I did not attend the Himachal trip, not by choice, but because of the serious and unforeseen geopolitical situation that made travel unsafe and impossible. Despite reaching out via email for clarity and support, I received no timely or responsible response from your team. Flights were canceled, regions like Shimla and Dharamshala were under high alert, and travel was clearly not feasible. In such circumstances, citing standard cancellation policies and offering only a credit note is highly disappointing and insensitive. This experience reflects a lack of seriousness in handling customer communication and crisis situations. I expected better professionalism and empathy. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication, support, and refund policy handling in future cases.

We booked our tour with travel on ease, for amritsar, dalhousie, dharamshala. They provided the local driver with tempo traveller. The driver was very good, and condition of tempo traveller is also at par. The hotels were also very good at dharamshala ( spring valley) and dalhousie (hotel ark by pax), except aura grand in amritsar was not upto the expectations, but it was part of tour. Otherwise good services, prompt response from the agent, good communication, and ease of travels.. overall we enjoyed the tour with travel ease. Thanks for the good services.. worth to book.

Booked Amritsar Dalhousie Dharamshala tour with ideal tours. Services of Hotel Sawera Grand at Amritsar were pathetic. The travel agent wanted us to remind her of the trip as she was busy with personal commitments. We had to wait for hotel rooms as the hotel was not informed about early check in. Despite full payment to the travel agent our check out was delayed as hotel was not paid. Driver drove recklessly in ghats causing motion sickness. The travel agent had no clue about booking at Wagah border and other trek details. Hotel DLS at Mcleodganj and Hotel Ark at Dalhousie were good.

The tour agent from 1 Point 5 Billion Inches, Ms. Ansh Mehta did a fantastic work on crafting it for us and she is very supportive and polite all the time. She was available anytime we had a query. Next, the driver Mr. Azad bhai, no words are enough to praise him. We felt as if he is our brother, he was professional and very skilled driver. Can recommend him to anybody without a second thought. The hotels given were nice, especially manali and dharamshala ones. Amritsar hotel was not good, but the agent spoke to hotel and tried her best to get the better rooms. Overall, it was a great experience. Hotel Lotus Inn, people there and the food was so yummy Sissu was heavenly Great experience at wagha border
