"Unforgettable Thailand Trip with Navigatio Asia!" I recently booked an 8-night trip to Thailand through Navigatio Asia, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! Rakesh's 9 days trip to Thailand

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Thailand. Nikita had carefully planned the itinerary for the 4 places - Pattaya, Bangkok, Krabi & Phuket. She even accommodated our request for a family show in Phuket at a later point of time before starting the trip. Her senior Tarun also helped in a couple of situations where we faced minor glitches during the trip. Pros : 1. The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. Thanks to Nikita, Tarun & the entire Navigatio team for arranging this trip for us and to Travel Triangle for giving us this interface to book the trip !!

Hi, I'd like to thank Travel Triangle for making our Thailand trip a memorable one. We enjoyed it a lot. The Island journey was awesome! Food was ok ok. Hotels were decent. However, I would suggest if any one more itinerary was added to Bangkok day trip was added, it would have been perfect, as we had to plan Ancient City visit on our own. Otherwise, the whole day would have gone wasted. We had booked our flights in such a way that we cover most of the places. All together, it was pretty budget friendly trip. Communication was very transparent and the agents were really friendly. Looking forward to planning the next trip soon with you! Thank you!

Monisha's 8 days trip to Thailand

Hotel in Phuket was just close to Bangla street not suitable for family stay.Cab driver can be English speaking as communication was tough.Repeated event planned like dolphin and seal show for phuket and Bangkok safari. Phuket to Phi phi island not well planned lower deck was booked and had to put money from pocket to upgrade.Top of that 1000TBH for national park visit. Just had a small visit to monkey island then lunch and time for self exploring. For non activity ppl a small.boat trip would have been worth to explore the cave and all .Lunch was not as expected in the phiphi island. Bangkok -Major tourist attraction Grand palace was not included the trip ended by 11.30 instead of Gems gallery could have included sky walk or Grand palace .Looks like as there is entry fee executive have planned in such a way that places where entry fee is less was included like marble temple etc. Pros Bangkok hotel was awesome and in prime location. Chao river cruise was worth. Overall feedback as flight tickets were booked by self. The amount given for the trip to plan could have been little more worth by including few places which have entry fee and were important rather than going for low budget places. Chao Paraya River cruise, Safari world ,Dolphin Show.

My trip to Thailand with Tripago was absolutely amazing. They took care of every little detail, which made the entire journey stress-free. The itinerary was well-balanced, giving me plenty of time to enjoy the bustling streets of Bangkok, the cultural gems in Chiang Mai, and the stunning beaches in Krabi. What I loved most was how accessible everything felt—their guides and support team were always just a call away. If you’re thinking of traveling to Thailand, I can’t recommend Tripago enough!

Shobhit's 8 days trip to Thailand

The trip was absolutely wonderful, with every detail thoughtfully handled. My trip planner, Nikita ji, worked closely with us to design the perfect itinerary. She recommended activities that allowed us to make the most of our time while ensuring we visited all the key attractions and had enough rest for the next day's activities. Tarun ji coordinated all the arrangements flawlessly. The cabs provided for local transport were excellent, and the drivers were always punctual, arriving at the hotel reception exactly as scheduled. A special mention goes to our Bangkok and Pattaya coordinator, Sunny ji. He not only managed our trips to Pattaya and Bangkok flawlessly but also helped us make the most of our extra time by suggesting additional places to visit. During our Pattaya visit, we were unaware of the Fire Festival, but Sunny ji not only recommended we attend but also provided clear instructions on how to get there. Honestly, the Fire Festival was a highlight of our trip and truly "Paisa Wasool." He treated us like a friend helping us explore his city and was always available on call or WhatsApp to address any questions we had. 1. Fire Festival suggested by Sunny Ji. 2. Our ride from Krabi airport to Hotel. Beautiful van.
