Vishal has been a great friend all the way to the end. I had to plan my trip without the internet and he was right there with all the info to make the right picks regarding the locales, hotels and must visits in every city. Vishal accommodated in the best of hotels and his effort was visible. He's a gem of a guy, while in Italy we called him at odd hours IST and he was always up and about helping with our itenary options. Travel Triangle app and Holiday Hub experience was converted by Vishal into a memorable vacation.

Loved the fact that the team were available for us through out the clock when ever we reached out. - Loved the itinerary - tickets and entry passes that worked seamlessly everywhere - stay in hotels and the locations - the Pic Saint Loup trip was the most memorable one. Would highly recommend this to people who have similar interests. Overall my wife and even my son had a great time. Hotels were in great locations, accessible to the train stations. We could walk a lot and also had good time on travel days just to go around. Lake Como Unexpected was a visit to a vineyard in Pic Saint Loop. Have been to many vineyards before, but the warmth shown and food served by local guide and his family is unforgettable.

Jitender's 11 days trip to Italy

Prompt reply by Travel Agent and nice & helpful guide Mr Sushant Vedak during the trip were the highlights. Following observations are made: 1. Date of travel was revised to 14 August 2022 from 09 August 2022 leading to increase of airfare for about Rs 44000/-. It was told that change of date was due to a group of 13 people who want the trip after Raksha Bandhan feastival. There was no such group. 2. As per itinerary, we were told to reach between 8 AM to 2 PM and in the evening were supposed to go for Siene river Cruise. We reached at 0925AM in Paris. On reaching it was informed that there was no cruise that day because some people had to reach late in the evening. That day was wasted for us. All group members had reached by 7 PM. Cruise was held next day along with other itinerary thereby giving less time to other activities. On first day we had to spend our money about 100 Euros each to spend time for local visits. Either all members should have been told to reach by 12 Noon or we should have also been told to reach by evening on first day. It is requested to REFUND the first day amount to us. 3. There was heavy rush in Disneyland Paris due to some holiday in Paris. Also some activities were closed there. Itinerary should be adjusted looking into such circumstances. 3. Travel agent had told us to bring light wollen clothes though heavy wollen clothes were required in Switzerland at Jungfraugh and Mount Titlis. It is suggested due to uncertain weather in Switzerland all should be advised to take wollen clothes accordingly. View from Top Floor of Eiffel Tower Paris was marvellous. Memories of amazing Switzerland are everlasting.

Trip was nothing short of dream come true. Really had great fun and was able to manage everything on the trip because of the Itenary shared. One suggestion was please give help to solo traveller going abroad first time to keep cash in currency of the place they are travelling because its must required. Another important thing would be to help people who are pure vegetarians to find indian restaurants which will really help them to have proper food because in italy its pure non vegetarian food. I would suggest to take food packets from india and also research the place of travel before going so that you already have a brief knowledge of the locations of travel. In locals in italy during night hours request to travel via taxi would be a suggestion by me to avoid any problems.
