We had a family trip to Assam and Meghalaya in April 2025, planned by Indeman Travel Solution. Sanjeev from Indeman helped us with a well-organized 7-day itinerary, including hotel stays and cab services. The resorts at Kaziranga (Dhanashri Resort) and Dawki (Peit Them Resort) were excellent, with beautiful gardens, clean and spacious rooms, and polite staff. Other hotels were okay but didn’t meet our expectations in terms of room size, cleanliness, and breakfast variety. The hotel in Shillong (Ramson Stay Inn) was new, but it had no lift, making it difficult for older people to access upper floors. The breakfast was very basic — just bread, butter, and a sandwich. It would be better if they added items like cornflakes and bread omelet. Overall, we were happy with the trip, the itinerary, and our cab driver, Mintoo Das, who was polite and helpful. Sanjeev was always reachable and helped with hotel room changes and safari bookings. However, the pre-travel and on-trip coordination could be improved, as no one checked in with us during the trip. While support was available when we called, a more proactive approach would have been better. In short, it was a memorable and well-planned trip that our whole family enjoyed.

Hi All, I recently had amazing tour to Himachal. Would love to mentioned two persons name first Miss Kamlesh ji..she made amazing itinerary and booked a promised hotels with stunning view, food, staff and locations. It was a 10 days preplanned holiday. I am 101% satisfy with here all efforts and suggestions. Highly recommend Travel on ease. Second person is their Driver Mr Virender Malik ji, His driving skills, punctuality, guidance is superb... We never felt tiredness or any motion sickness. He treated us like a family. And also vehicle of Travel on ease was superbly maintained and new. Highly recommended for your peace of mind. they really take care of details.

"Finally, we completed our trip to Kashmir. It started well, as per the itinerary promised by Arooz. However, the Pahalgam attack drastically changed things, and we were eager to leave Kashmir and head back home due to the fear that gripped every face. But then, a magical turn came in our trip and I am very much thankful to Arooz(Breezy Travels) and Amir(Our Cab Driver). I messaged Arooz to change our hotel due to the attack, and she assured me that she would take care of it. Within no time, she changed my hotel. When I checked into the new hotel, my family and I felt safe, especially since an Indian army bunker was nearby. I asked Arooz to cancel our houseboat and continue with the hotel. Arooz worked tirelessly to secure a room for one more day, and finally succeeded. Throughout our trip, she kept calling and sending WhatsApp messages to check if we were okay and feeling safe. She even offered us to stay at her home, saying we were her responsibility. Her efforts touched our hearts, and we started feeling safe in Kashmir. We also can't forget our driver, Amir, who was with us for all six days. He became like family, and after the Pahalgam attack, he reassured me, "Don't worry, sir. I'll take a bullet before anything happens to you." He would call me multiple times a day to check if I was okay, if I'd eaten, and sometimes he'd arrive hours early just to boost my morale. The most touching moment was when he brought mangoes and bananas for my little child, saying, "Please take this so your child can have it when they're hungry." He even took me to a bat shop to fulfill my dream of owning a Kashmir willow bat." But I am expecting partial refund as I was like house arrest in hotel for half of my trip which I accept no one's fault, not you, travel agent or anyone... It's just if possible please provide partial refund Sonmarg snow mountains, kashmir willow bat

The person who booked the package was non reachable or had left the job, however some different people interacted at different time so itwas ok, but initial it give uncomfortable, such thing should have been communicated before the trip begin, that whoever is the new RM , 9ther wise it was a good trip,Driver Tanveer was fantastic, Driver Tanveer was bestof it class.

Big thanks to MD Adventure travel and tours and especially to Shabu who went above and beyond her role, for making our Nepal trip super smooth and stress-free! She was always just a call away—even on the eve of the Nepali New Year. She welcomed us at the airport with a big smile and handled everything so well, even when rain messed up our itinerary. Really appreciate her support and flexibility throughout the trip! If u are planning a trip to nepal do it through them. Highly recommended.

Travel Triangle connected us to a very nice travel Agent - Breezy Travels Kashmir. It was a smooth process throughout. The stay at New Good Luck Houseboat was the best out of the lot!

Hotel in srinagar ( New classic luxury) was not upto the mark, no hygiene, no maintenance, only two persons are arranging everything. Rest of the hotels are best. Cab & cab driver both are good, knowledgeable person, hermosa trip manager Ms. Farah is really good person, she is handling everything very well.

We truly had a wonderful time exploring Arunachal Pradesh with your team and appreciated the variety of experiences throughout the trip. Starting from the beginning, the cab provided was comfortable, and our initial driver, Ashok, was friendly and courteous. The hotel at Bhalukpong was adequate for an overnight stay, although we did face some issues with the bathroom's water supply, and one of the rooms did not have a functioning geyser. Additionally, dinner service was delayed by approximately an hour and a half from the requested time. The next day, we were introduced to our new driver, Sofikul. Initially, there was a language barrier, but it was eventually resolved, and we had a pleasant experience with him. The homestay in Dirang was excellent. In Tawang, the hotel offered good amenities; however, we were surprised to find that tea was charged separately despite the breakfast being complimentary. In Bomdila, the accommodation was cozy and served the purpose for a one-night stay. Overall, we had a good experience over the six-day trip. However, there were a few concerns that we would like to highlight: Upon our arrival, when we inquired with Ashok about the travel time to Kamakhya, his first question was, “Do you have Kamakhya on your itinerary?” This raised concerns, as we expected the drivers to be well-versed with the itinerary beforehand. A similar situation occurred the next day with Sofikul, who also seemed unaware of the planned route and sites. As a result, we missed our first scheduled stop at Orchid Garden in Tippi. Additionally, we took an incorrect route to reach our homestay in Dirang due to a misunderstanding, as the driver had been initially informed that it was the correct path. While the next two days proceeded smoothly, Day 6 presented another issue. Our itinerary included visits to Kameng Valley and the Bhutan border. However, no local residents, including our driver, appeared to be familiar with Kameng Valley, and we were unable to visit it. Later, we were informed that we would travel to Tezpur, where Ashok would rejoin us and accompany us to Guwahati. This change in the plan was unexpected, and it seemed to us that there was a lack of internal communication regarding the route. Sofikul mentioned he could have taken the Shergaon route if needed, but it was evident that he preferred the Tezpur route, which unfortunately led to us missing another destination. As compensation, we were told we could visit two other temples, but Ashok mentioned that one was located within Guwahati city and not feasible due to time constraints. He was also hesitant about visiting the second temple, but upon our insistence, we managed to go there. Lastly, on April 12th, I reached out to our trip manager, Pravin. He informed me that he was on leave and provided the contact details of Nikita, who was indeed very helpful. However, it would have been appreciated if this had been communicated proactively, as we respect the importance of personal time and would have avoided disturbing him unnecessarily. In conclusion, while we genuinely enjoyed the trip and the beautiful locations, there were several instances of miscommunication between the agency and the drivers. Addressing these gaps in coordination would greatly enhance the overall experience for future travelers. Travel to Bumla pass.

I recently went on a 4-day & 5-night honeymoon trip to Goa, it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our lives — all thanks to Bindass Trip and especially Miss Anjali, our trip coordinator and I would like to give 5-star ratings to them. This was my first time visiting Goa; honestly, I had no idea where to begin. From the very start, Anjali made everything incredibly easy and smooth. She is one of the most polite, humble, and helpful people I’ve ever interacted with. She not only helped us plan a perfect itinerary covering North Goa, South Goa, Doodhsagar Falls, and an evening cruise but also stayed in constant touch throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. What really stood out was her patience and willingness to go the extra mile, she even helped us modify one of our itinerary items at the last minute without any issues and arranged an early check-in at the hotel when we needed it. She made us feel cared for and genuinely looked after, like a friend who had our back throughout the journey. The hotel was excellent, the cab drivers were professional and courteous, and every detail of the trip was handled with care. For someone like me, who was completely new to Goa, having someone like Anjali as a coordinator made all the difference.
