I booked an 8 days, 7 nights package of Kashmir with hermosa travels through travel triangle. From the beginning Hermosa representative was very proactive and courteous in her support. Janat from hermosa quickly created the plan and was in constant touch to tweak and improve the itinerary according to the needs of me and my family that includes small kids. She give me over 7-8 different options, multiple hotel choices and she was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met while also suggesting her own improvements based on her local experience. The booking, quotes etc was very smooth. Janat reminded us on time to book the Gulmarg gondola's which are limited. Farah also from Hermosa then ensured our travel was smooth and everything was taken care of. During our trip, we rarely had to call Hermosa for anything as everything was arranged and planned really well. The driver (Iqbal) was amazing and flexible to our needs. He gave good suggestions and ensured we did not fall into the trap of guides or other tourist frenzies in each location. Overall the complete experience with Hermosa was amazing starting with booking, hotels, cab to the arrangements at the hotels as well. I would strongly recommend Hermosa for anybody planning a trip to Kashmir. Thanks for great memories. Vijay

Coordination between agent and cab driver xan be improved. Due to lack of coordination, we had to pay twice for elephant safari. cab driver should he idea about the place where he is going to take us. For many of our questions he was like 'malum nahi'. We had no idea that trek to phe phe falls can take 2 hours for one side and where the falls are exactly, there was no one on the way with us and we with our 4 year kid was walking and walking without any idea that where the falls are. Overall, it was not a bad trip and it can be improved.

Agent - sahil vij Company - book it forget it Trip - Kerala - athirappally, allepey, munnar Bad points - 1) driver was unable to understand Hindi as well as English. 2) ensure that driver is following itinery 3) we requested extra mattress( which was in packages )on houseboat but we got only bedsheet and blanket 4) many things like 2 falls and one national park was closed . But it was mentioned in itinerary. Tell agent to plan accordingly to date of travel 5)check the hotel and car before booking. Most hotels review on MakeMyTrip or Goibibo were like 3 and 2. Not much review were there. I have changed hotel before. 6) ask about houseboat company beforehand. Good point - 1) agent helped a lot while traveling. 2) driver showed many good spots other than mentioned in itinerary - thanks to Mr. Habeeb.

The Hotel Vijoya International was good but the additional bed already booked was non standard and we actually did not used as it was falling. Food at Hotel was wonderful The disappointing part was on Cab inclusive package. If I had just booked hotel on MMT it would have cost me 4500 Max for one night and 1 day konark at 2000 and other day Chilka at 2500 Max. So maximum cost would be 9000-12000 Max. With nothing special I feel the tour cost was overcharged

This trip was awesome, I don't know where to start it had all kind of feelings like laughter,pain, wow moments with my wife. I'm so glad and proud I made it to this (honeymoon)trip .Meghalaya has given me memories which I cannot forget and would cherish for the rest of my life, I can swear whatever trips I may go in future this one will remain close to my heart cause as I said this one was all about self-love and breaking the barriers to travel Thank you so much, Raja singh(Hill dekho) Travels for the wonderful memories and itineraries. The trip was overall good. Mr Prabhat was there, assisting throughout to make sure everything falls in place. We faced a small inconvenience from the local agent who tried to change our driver mid-way with another driver who had some behavioural issues with other group of travellers, and thus he was being forced upon us. The other issue being, our Kaziranga safari coincided with the PM's visit. For this the core Kohora region was unavailable that day. We were trying to reschedule our safari bcoz of this to some other day but the local Assam operator assured us that the PM's visit won't interfere with ours, even after us repeated telling him otherwise (media was reporting this 4-5 days prior). Only at the last moment he agreed that our safari won't go as planned and asked us to visit the secondary-bagori range. This caused us some disappointment as we were anticipating this prior. Apart from these 2 hiccups the trip went smoothly. The provided original driver was exceptional and hotels were decent.

Travelled to Maysoor, Ooty and Coorg, Hotel- 2 good and 2 average Driver as a person was good but had communication issues, was not able to understand proper English and Hindi Sightseeing places got changed as driver was not shared itnanary given to us. Car was old, one of the part came off wile adjusting seat,, had to pay from my pocket Over all mixed opinion good and bad Pycara water fall Maysoor Palace Abbey falls etc..

Good Experience I had and All Travel Arrangements well and Good and hotel Management and Food everything was nice.had a best Memory. The Sudden Snow fall and the Climate change.

Hello, All in all, I would say we had a very wonderful experience in Meghalaya, and a safe one too. This will be a detailed review of my 6D 5N stay in Meghalaya from 25 Feb to 1 Mar. 2024. The driver Hatim Ali picked us up at the airport around 11.30 AM when we landed. We started off to Kazhiranga, and the first day was entirely travel, as Kazhiranga was quite far away and there are highway speed checks and animal crossings, so can't really reach Kazhiranga anytime before 6 hrs of travel. Also, sun sets very early, around 5.30pm, so all plans need to be made before that. The stay in Kazhiranga, Dhanshree Resort was excellent, with amazing food. Our only regret was that we stayed here for just one night. Next day. we did the Jeep safari. at Rs.4000 per Jeep. It was a 3 hour safari through the Central range. and it was worth it. But that's that. There is nothing else to see or do in Kazhiranga. We started off to Shillong right after the Safari. We reached Shillong around 6pm on the 2nd day. The place we stayed here was Treetops residency. We had to climb up the stairs, to reach the entrance. the receptionist greeted us well, and showed us to our rooms. The room was big and cozy, and had heaters. This is much needed, as temperatures drop to 6-7 degrees. The only downside to this day stays was the food. We ordered food from the hotel, and we were disappointed. Food is not good here. On the third day, we travelled to Meghalaya around 8am in the morning. It was just 57kms, so we reached early. Now this was the best day of the entire trip. First we visited the Arwan caves, which was amazing. Then, we went to Noh-kalikai falls. Despite water levels being low, the location and the view was mesmerizing. Then we visited the Masmui caves. The limestone cave was even better, and we spent some good time here. We went to see the Seven sister falls, but water levels were too low. Also, Thangkharang park was closed, when we visited at 4pm, so our driver took us to Eco park, which was good. There is a view point, and lot of area to walk around, in the setting sun, and worth to spend some time here. We wrapped the day, and checked in at our stay, La Kupar. The cottage is good, with neat and cozy rooms. Having wooden walls, its much warmer and fresh. the food was served to our room, and was average. Nothing spectacular. Next day, we visited the Garden of Caves. Now this is a spot we cannot miss in Sohra. A total of 11 amazing spots, including caves, view points, waterfalls, this Garden is truly a feast for our eyes. But beware, we do have to walk a lot, and it takes around 2 hours to complete. Then we made our way to Maylynnong, and trekked a little to the Living root bridge. This is a natural phenomena, and worth the visit. After this, we visited the cleanest city in Asia. We wrapped the day, with stay at Riwar cottage. This being a very remote place, cannot expect much luxury here. The cottage was small but clean. The food in the night was tasty, and the staff were good and responsive. Next day, we went to Dawki in the morning, for the famous Umngot river boat ride. This was the highlight of the trip. On the borders of Bangladesh and Meghalaya, this place is truly a sight for sore eyes. Beware, ask your boat paddler not the veer towards to the Bangladesh border. There is a huge cloud always, and they pass dirty remarks. My wife faced a situation, while we were on the boat. As we did not understand their language, there was nothing much we can do. We finished the ride, and travelled back towards Shillong, through Jowai. The car ride was good, and we visited Krang Shuri and PheePhee falls on the way. This would have been post rainy season, water levels were low. We visited the Laitlum canyons on the way back. This is a view point, with deep gorges. Amazing time here, with photo shoots. Then we travelled towards Shillong. As we reached early. we visited Ward's lake. Amazing place. Also, we went to the famous Police bazaar, the flee market of Shillong. Then, we stayed at TreeTops Residency. Again, disappointing food. Ordering via Zomato was the only option at 09:30 PM for us. On the last day, we got up late, and made our way towards Guwahati airport. Our driver showed us a temple on the way, and we had lunch, and were dropped at the airport. I would like to really appreciate our driver Hatim Ali, he was truly a gentleman, and made sure our stay and journey was safe and pleasant.
