Arun's 7 days trip to Bhutan

Trip planning by travel triangle was good. But on our way back one of the vehicles did not reach in time, the agent did not keep up his promise to meet us and take feedback. He was never available on the phone. Hotel Alem in Phuentsholing was not up to the mark Oarovilla hotel in Thimphu, Pema karpo in Punakha and Khamsum in Paro were very good Driver Dilip Gurung did excellent job. Guide Pema was a very good person but needs to improve his guideing skills Bhutan is a must visit country. Humble and happy people, majestic mountains, enchanting valleys, unending greenery, mystic monasteries, zongs everything there has left a permanent mark in our hearts. Long live Bhutan.

Kumar's 8 days trip to Bhutan

Good service provided by Bhutan Online Owner Mr. Hari and his team of Mr. Jimmy (Guide). The guide was very friendly and helpful to make our trip enjoyable. The hotels booked were good with clean rooms. The food options (especially breakfast) in the hotel could have been better. However, food was freshly prepared and hence we preferred it over outside restaurants. Only other issue was during travel from Phuentsholing to Bagdogra on the last day, we asked the driver for a known restaurant option rather than local restaurant. However the driver said those options are only in the town and he could not go there, leading to no lunch stoppage. Would have preferred if our request could have been accomodated as we had ample time.

Binit's 6 days trip to Bhutan

The itinerary prepared by Travel agent is beneficial only for the travel agency as it skips major tour attractions. The last day of the trip in Phuentsholing is just to increase the duration of the tour by 1 more night. Also the hotel booked in Phuentsholing and was cheap and did not feel like 3-star hotel. Except for driver and tour guide, the first Mantara hotel - most of the other things were not upto mark. Travel Triangle should make all the reviews of tour agent public for the travellers to make a better decision. Bhutan is beautiful and people are also nice.

The return from phuentsholing to bagdogra driver kept speaking on phone a lot of times during the trip which is unsafe. The driver as such was polite and accomodative but felt unsafe Hospitallity of Bhutanese guide and driver. Hassle free agents. Ease of payments. No tension throughout the journey

Pragati's 8 days trip to Bhutan

Dear Travel Triangle Team, I would like to call out that our trip to Bhutan was one of the most wonderful experiences. The services and assistance were seamless at every point. The tour guide was not just knowledgeable but an amiable person. For most part, the hotels were fantastic barring the ones in Phuentsholing and Thimpu. Mr. Damber from 7 Continents Adventures has been super supportive and prompt and often went out of his way to provide us an excellent travel experience. Shubham's 9 days trip to Bhutan

Had a great overall experience with Bhutan INC. The guide (Tashi) and the driver (Sharan) were especially very courteous and well-mannered. The trip went as per the planned itinerary and we covered all places listed in the itinerary and 1-2 additional places as well. Overall, the hotels were nice too and we received some amazing hospitality particularly in Hotel Mantra Home, Thimphu. But, it wasn’t all perfect as there was a hiccup with the Hotel Central in Phuentsholing which gave our room to someone else and offered us a room which we didn’t like at all. The room that they offered was in a different wing and wasn’t connected with the restaurant via stairs/ elevator. So, we had to waste quite a lot of time in getting accommodation in a different hotel in Phuentsholing, which we ultimately liked a lot. So, all in all, it was a wonderful experience with some really amazing and hospitable people. Visiting Chimi Lhakang, stay in Phobjikha, hike to Tiger’s Nest, vegetable market in Punakha, sending a post card from Thimphu to our home in India, and many more

Apurva's 4 days trip to Bhutan

We had a wonderful experience. The overall trip was very good, and we were particularly impressed with the excellent service provided by our cab driver and guide. The hotels in Thimphu and Paro were of high quality and met our expectations. However, we must mention that the last day’s hotel in Phuentsholing was not up to the mark initially. Fortunately, your team was quick to address the issue and arranged for a better hotel, although there were some minor hiccups in the process. Despite this, the overall trip was enjoyable and well-organized. Thank you for your efforts in making our Bhutan journey memorable.

Hotel rating -- Phuentsholing hotel was good (Hotel Ga me ga) , Timphu & Paro hotels are manageable (booked very far from city) . Had worst experience in Phunaka hotels, we found cigarettes buds and bedsheets are not changed (Hotel White dragon). Later this was communicated to guide and he helped to send room service. Guide exp : pros- He is talkative and always tries to answer our questions. Cons :- Tiger nest Hiking was planned very badly were we have asked Guide couple of times about things we need to carry but he always said nothing required but we ended up with cold breeze and tiredness due to lost of sugars in body due to long hiking. we saw everyone carrying some juice or chocolates to keep up there sugar levels. Guide/Driver always took us to worst restaurants were he will get free food even when there are good choices available just next to same hotel. We would have not even concerned to buy them Lunch/dinner (which we did couple of times), if he could take us to some decent place. (we realized this on last day of our trip when we asked them to take particularly to some hotel which don't provide free meal to guide/driver). there is a simple data recharge which can be done for 5 days, which was not recommend by guide when we asked about data packs for sim car. Hopefully you can understand why, Data give access to lot of things. which might give him difficulties. ( this we realized last day were few tourists told us about short term data packs which are recommend by there Guides. Driver Rating : He is good in what he is doing, i would defiantly recommend him. Name (Khenjo) . Agent has provided us Creta, which is in good condition.
