Sreekanth's 10 days trip to New Zealand

I booked my Australia & NZ (South Island) holiday with the travel agent Hub Holidays. It has been a great service by the travel agent. The agent really has an in-depth knowledge of the travel aspects for these countries. Both Amit and Prashanth guided me right from the initial booking stage of the holiday to the completion of our trip. They have been always available on the phone and watsapp for any issues encountered by me during the Holiday. It has been a great service and I look forward to revisit New Zealand, both north and south islands with the assistance from this travel agent. Sky diving in queenstown has been an amazing memory of my trip.

K's 17 days trip to New Zealand

1- MR Aakash Mehta left TT, but company still using his name in mails. After some of booking , he bacame out of scene. 2- Amit Rana was coordinating and was a great help except few occasions. He failed to deliver 100% vouchers before start of tour. Itinerary agreed was changed during the tour in Melbourne. Though the difference was refunded. 3- For many activities, pick and drop was not included which caused inconvenience and running around. 4- However overall, it was good. Satay at Queenstown and Cairns was excellent.

Puneet's 4 days trip to New Zealand

The Package was well understood and compiled as per my requirements. Quick response from the team. Feedback on my Bookings : 1) Rental Car : I was not informed on the Insurance for the car being provided. Nor was it mentioned on the voucher, hence I had to pay $94 dollars for the Insurance.I later came to know that i was provided with a basic Insurance. But obviously I had already paid for Insurance. Secondly the car was hired for 4 days but i actually used it for only one day i.e. while going from Queenstown to Christchurch. Day 1 hotel was within the city and all Activities were within 500m hence it wasn't used. Day 2 Milford hence not used. Day 3 Queenstown to Christchurch used it. Day 4 Hardly used it, only for City Centre. Hence I could have done with only 2 days instead of 4. This information as a planner you should have known. 3rdly I was offered a Petrol car , petrol is a dollar costlier and the average is also less. This being a road trip the car should be offers accordingly. 2) Hotel The Hotel in Queenstown was very good. The Hotel In Christchurch was a Motel and 7 KMs away from the City Centre. Which I found was not upto the standard as compared to the Queenstown hotel. Overall I found the Trip prepared was not cost sensitive. I could have saved alot in comparison to what I have paid. Tanaya's 15 days trip to New Zealand

Thankyou Pick your trail for planning a wonderful trip for us to New zealand. Farheen and other people from their team, were at our assistance any time of the day providing their expertise suggestions and answering our numerous queries. Overall during our vacation we didnot faced any problems in terms of rental car pick ups or accomodation or even for planned activities. Just one suggestion the hooker valley track in mount cook is temporarily closed, I believe it should be updated in the team's software because we were really looking forward to it and wanted to visit mount cook specifically for that particular track. Rest, the trip was really well planned, customised according to our choice. We had a great time and memories which will last life long. Thank you for all the help Travel Triangle and Pick Your Trail. Experiencing Waitomo caves, Onsen pool in queenstown, Cathedral Cove, fun rides in rotorua, Hell gates and last but not least milford sound.

Drrajeshdas's 18 days trip to New Zealand

Our Trip to New Zealand was a well planned trip. We could customize as per our requirements. There was lot of positive support from the memorable vacations staff before the start of trip. I was very much pleased by the staff and had a satisfying hassle free booking experience. We had made all the necessary payment to our agent before the start of the trip. As we reached NZ, we started experiencing the problems, slowly, one after another, solely because of poor agent selection and lack of coordination between the staff here in india and the staff and third party members in new zealand. There were a lot of places where we faced hassles and we were literally asked to stand outside the queue since our payment was not properly done to the appropriate authorities there in NZ. 1) At the car rental office the payment was not done on time, we were stranded outside the queue and only after repeatedly calling our agent, the payment was made the the car rental office. 2) The same thing happened again and again at the south island car rental office, skytower sightseeing, gandola ride, and the glacier hot pools (inspite of continuous telephonic reassuring by the agents, that it wont happen again) . 3.) At Franz alpine retreat hotel, there was no breakfast available, although we had pre booked all our hotel rooms with complimentary breakfast. The same thing happened at our coromondel stay. At both these places we had to literally cook our own breakfast before we started our sightseeing. My biggest disappointment was that i had to face lot of hassles for no fault of mine. There was sheer incoordination between the agents.Because we faced so much hassles throughout our trip, the agents were kind enough to arrange a complimentary dinner for us at a good indian restaurant on the last day of our trip. Other than the above mentioned hassles, the trip was a well organised one. I enjoyed the trip and i thank memorable vacations for organising my trip. The hotel stays at queenstown, Milford cruise and auckland were the best part. My only request is to kindly improve upon your services specially the ones which i have mentioned so that other customers dont suffer. I would surely use your services for future international trips .

Gayatri's 15 days trip to New Zealand

Overall tour expereince was amazing, had a great time in Newzealand. Everything was arranged well. Would be good to have the optional activities available in each city, place visiting in advance along with the itieanary.. so becomes easier to plan instead of going out there and deciding. Also its best to give out the coupons in booklets rather than printouts as other tour operators. Was a good expereince overall Queenstown and rotorua were the highlights... glenorchy was very scenic and would definately recommend the same to all

Mukherjee's 10 days trip to New Zealand

The agent helped us in planning the trip to the last detail and was also very supportive through our travel. The high points - 1. The self drive 2. The itinerary broken up in such a way to allow the best mix of travelling and relaxing (Wanaka, Te-Anau and Lake Tekapo stop-overs) 3. Best time spent in Queenstown (Jet boat, Para gliding, Sky-Diving, Bungee jumping et al) The low points - 1. The Tranzalpine train journey might be more suited for Winters when the peaks are snow clad. In the absence of snow, driving from Christchurch to Greymouth or vice versa a better option 2. The helicopter ride is also avoidable when there is little snow, the views from the top were good though. Christchurch is fairly avoidable if you are restricting your travel to the South island. The best would be to focus your stay around Queenstown. Scenic Drives and Lake Sides
