Everything was as expected. Trasport and Hotels were good

*** poor service from travel agent as well as travel triangle *** The travel agent helped in planning our itinerary very nicely. We chose all our hotels and even gave them the quotes and type of rooms. But even after that they were not able to book the chosen hotels and in couple of hotels, the rooms that were provided to us were different from what we had discussed. On top of it the travel agents were of no help when called during the trip ( Kiran and Abhitabh). Biggest disappointment, the travel triangle designated person (Rohan Kaul) never picked up the call when we tried to contact him as well.

The car was in excellent condition (brand new) ,neat and clean. The dirver also was a very experienced one! 10/10 for the service

This is my first time group trip experience.and it's amazing for me because all members are my group is so sweet and helpful we are all days together enjoyed, ❤️☺️❤️. My advice is travel triangle is please increase number of days for your trip arrangements for summer season because places we are not covered in these routes

It was a wonderful experience for all of us - lots of great memories were made. Travel talkies gave 5star service All the arrangements made were up to the mark. The hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. The Hotels we stayed in had amazing scenic views, were very nice and clean, staff served us the best including clean and yummy food! The two drivers arranged for our group were very cooperative, polite and friendly. Their driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition, they were well informed of the tourist spots and they took us to good restaurants on the way to enjoy the local food. We enjoyed their company. Overall: Exceeded expectations. Special Thanks to Miss Reetu Sharma our Tour Organizer for all her efforts and putting this wonderful trip together. It was a great experience. Driver and travel agents were good. But hotels were not value for money. Most of the hotels didn't have proper heaters even after paying charges for it. Hotel food was good, Chitkul camp stay was very good. Enjoyed a lot in chitkul camp stay although it was very cold.

In last week of March 2023, I planned family trip with Imm Ventures. Mr. Anil Sir from Imm Ventures arranged the trip for me. Pre & Post communication about the trip was very good. Anil Sir has answered all the queries about the trip. My experience with this trip is excellent. The hotels, home stay & the car provided was nice. We loved it & enjoyed. I highly recommend Imm Venture. Driver Mr. Narendra Singh was nice person & provided lot of useful information about the Himachal Pradesh. His driving is very good & safe. We were comfortable with him as if he is our friend. He was very helpful & the kind of service he has provided is awesome. Nice to have driver like Mr. Narendra Singh. I would love to have my next trip with Imm Ventures and request to have driver Mr. Narendra Sing.
