This website wont allow me to rate low. The hotels were fine, but DreamYatra’s transport was a disaster. We suffered to Mysore in sweltering heat because the AC was 'empty.' When confronted, the driver actually shouted at us instead of apologizing. DreamYatra clearly ignores quality control; if they can't maintain the AC, how can we trust the brakes? Unprofessional, unsafe, and insulting. I won't recommend an agency that makes you pay to sit in a furnace.

Hotels were okay. But the car that have been given is the worst possible car you can get in a trip, it has zero pick-up and non working AC. The travel agent who have zero interest in what's happening in the trip only want the payment nothing else. Hotels were okay. Overall trip rating 3.5 The hotel at Badami was good. However food items were repeating. Also housekeeping services were not available after evening. The Hampi hotel toilets were in really bad shape with stains on the walls and bathroom fittings were rusty. Van and Driver The vehicle was changed on the last day without any consultation with us and it turned out to be non air-conditioned vehicle. Driver was excellent and readily took us to all the places that we added . His driving skills were also good. Now coming to the travel agent, we expected a better local knowledge and suggestions regarding itinerary, especially sequencing of the events. I must appreciate the flexibility shown and immediate assistance provided by the tour company. I suggest a better understanding regarding Driver food - if a large group is taken to the resort, driver food should be negotiated as at far off places, no other source is available. We enjoyed the trip. However it could have been better.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience – Highly Recommended! I recently booked a Bangalore–Mysore–Ooty trip for my parents through this agency, and I’m truly impressed with how well everything was managed. There were a few minor issues along the way, but what stood out the most was the agent’s prompt response and willingness to immediately resolve anything that came up. Their attention and care made the entire experience smooth and reassuring for us. A very special mention goes to our driver RAVIKUMAR, who absolutely exceeded expectations. My parents could not stop praising him. He was incredibly courteous, patient, and kind, making sure they were comfortable at every step of the journey. He drove safely, helped them with luggage, guided them through sightseeing spots, and even went out of his way to accommodate their pace and needs. His warm attitude, respectful behavior, and genuine concern for their comfort made a huge difference to their overall experience. My parents said they would love to travel with him again, and I completely understand why. Drivers like him truly elevate the trip and bring peace of mind, especially when arranging travel for elders. Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my parents. We will definitely be choosing your services again for future trips!
