At Sonmarg, negotiate for boots/jackets and pay via UPI or keep proof of payment. Health & Budget: Avoid overeating makki ki roti and sarson ka saag from Doodhpathri; it caused stomach issues. Carry ₹7,000–₹10,000 cash per person for sightseeing. These tips can help ensure a smoother experience in Kashmir.
