Avail a Compulsory Health Certificate issued by an authorized doctor or institution as per the instructions of Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB)
- Make sure that the CFC is not issued before or after the specified date, else it shall be rendered invalid
- Considered as one of the most challenging treks, children below 13 years, senior citizens, and pregnant women are not advised to get on this journey
