About Langkawi Crocodile Farm in Langkawi

Spread in an area of 20 acres in Teluk Datai Bay area, Langkawi Crocodile Farm is a famous tourist place in Langkawi. Half of the area of the farm is dedicated for tourists to visit while half of the area is reserved for croc farming. The farm is well kept for tourist purposes, it is beautifully designed with lush green landscape and various ponds where different variety of crocodiles can be spotted. There are around 4000 crocodiles at this park of different ages and sizes. Some of them are active while others are inactive, just snoozing with their mouths wide open.

Fauna at Langkawi Crocodile Farm

Langkawi Crocodile Farm is locally called the Taman Buaya Langkawi. Going for Langkawi crocodile farm tour with children is a must as there are a lot of adventurous things and shows which your children will thoroughly enjoy. There are hourly performance by these crocodiles which children can enjoy. Some of the other animals which can be spotted here along with crocodiles are alligators, lizards, snakes, and deer. The best and the most famous crocodile among all others is the Bujang Kawi. The area is well maintained by the authorities and the crocodiles are well taken care of and fed here.

Famous Shows at Langkawi Crocodile Farm

A number of crocodile shows takes place at the Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi for the entertainment of the visitors. There are various areas reserved for the shows like the Bridge Pond is the area where the crocodile feeding show takes place while Juvenile Crocodile Pond is the area where tourists can feed very small crocodiles aged 2 to 3 years using the pellets. At ponds A and B, different stunts are performed with crocodiles which is very interesting to watch.

Hooking Pond is an area to click amazing pictures of crocodiles high to get their food. Apart from various entertaining shows, there is also an educational centre where you can know everything about these mighty creatures.

We had faced a technical issue regarding MDAC but the agent din't cater the issue well with us and was not available on call fr a half day which got us all messed up before

    I booked my trip with Kushark from 9th to 15th Feb 2024, while overall itinerary was good & customized, cabs & drivers were really good, but was not at all happy with following: 1. Hotel Selection for Singapore (J8 hotel), you literally dont have any option for breakfast in Veg unless you want to ha
    ve only bread, they dontr even provide warm milk (this is never recommended) 2. Timings for excursions should have been better, we lost good amount of time and had to rush because of that in Singapore. For eg Universal Studios timings are from 10AM to 8PM, but our pick up from hotel was 11 & return pickup was 7:15; unnecessarily we lost 3 hours and had to miss rides. Similarly for MBS non peak hours entry is till 4/4.30; but our pick up was arranged at 2:45 and got dropped there at 3:15 and due to queue we entered thr at 4:45 and again had to rush & finish it is very quickly. I would mention Ankush (from Kushark) for his quick turnaround before & during the trip for queries & information; which was very helpful. Thansk!

    Booked Malaysia trip from Kkingsman Travels via Travel Triangle. The quotation shared was the best among other travel agencies. They answered every query and provided recommendations on the attractions and places to visit. They also addressed the special request we had to book a hotel with kitchenet
    te and ensured to reserve it as per our needs. The payment option was plausible with three instalments in a span of 45 days. During my initial quotation VISA charges were included but once Malaysian government relaxed it they ensured to deduct those charges in the final installment. All the vouchers were shared on time and there were no hiccups during the travel. Everything was planned and executed well.
