      Mostly paid places is covered and not the free sightseeing. And there was holiday on 13 th due to tamil new year and this day we went only one place in colombo and whole day there was no sightseeing since colombo was closed that day and this was not informed to us by travel agent before finalising the itinerary.otherwise we can change the dates of flight and tour..and on 1 st day arrival missed two main attraction places this was also not informed to us that this places closed soon by 5 .30 pm. disappointed abt the trip to Sri lanka ..will not book tour through travel traingo , this was my first trip from travel trango.i will book from mmt only as clear communication and well planned itinerary is provided in benefit of customer.

      The tour agents Discover Ceylon did a good job. Though there was an issue with the hotel booking at Colombo, it was resolved quickly. The driver Mr. Kiaz was very good. Regarding the hotels, the one at Kandy Mahaweli reach hotel was excellent. Rest all were decent. Repeatedly asking for documents by Travel Triangle was unnecessary and should be avoided.

      We had a really pleasant experience in Sri Lanka thanks to Tourbirds and especially our guide Shab who was very polite, supportive and engaging through out the trip. The trip itinerary was well planned such that we could cover maximum destinations in our 4 days time, while also getting enough rest each day. The hotels suggested by Tourbirds were also good quality and our family enjoyed the stays. Our driver and guide Shab was there for us throughout and was well informed of different locations, even good local places to eat and shop. The vehicle provided was also comfortable for the 5 of us and was driven carefully and safely. Overall, our family really enjoyed the trip and we wish we can visit Sri Lanka again some time in future.

      Hotels were good as expected. Except for poor vegetarian meals at Club Waskudova beach resort. Cab and driver were excellent. Except for the driver knee little English and Hindi which made communication a bit difficult. Travel agent left a lot to desire. Throughout the tour there was no communication with travel agent and had to make up with an extremely hardworking driver who was difficult to communicate with though.

      Overall experience is great with Travel Triangle and Direct Link. Highlights of the trip are the itinerary, driver(Mr Dilshan), agent's(Mr Vishal Singh) responsiveness and hotels. Although all the hotels were of 4 & 5 star-ratings, 2 out of 4 hotels (Ripon Grand Hill in Nuwara Eliya and Mandaara Resorts in Mirissa) could not provide basic/satisfactory meals, for which Travel Triangle could not be blamed. Except for the food part, we had a great trip and would highly recommend Travel Triangle to all my friends and family.       Great experience. Sisira our Driver was knowledgeable, knew great English, drove well and helped us out with a lot of things including where to buy local items and helped negotiate for it. The hotels were perfect and the food was extremely good. Overall the trip was one of the best ones i had taken.

      HellowTravel agent is not a cooperative one. Once he received d entire money he stop helping us. The bus he sent, seats was so small we couldn't fit. We told him this thing many times but he refused straight away all d requests. I must he is not a good agent. Their are many memories.

      Shivangi was excellent in her response and planning the trip, our tour guide Prasad was very good and was well versed with all the places. overall we had very good experience. Just a word of caution refrain from buying stuff either from the gem museum(ISINI) or other places, gems are authentic but over priced if you decide to buy them ask them for at least 30% of the quotes.

      The trip was extremely lovely! Special mention for our driver Mr. Jagath who was very punctual , trustworthy and respectful. The agency Tropical Ceylon hadn’t provided our hotel centara ceysands with the confirmation number and we had to wait for 30-40mins at the reception because of this. Overall, the hotels were amazing and the experiences were memorable.

      Mention the time for travel from one place to the other as most of the day time we were in the car. Don't waste the money and time of your clients by sending them to places such as tea gardens, jewelry showrooms where prices are double the market rate and the travel agent and driver's are only benefitted at the cost of clients. Instead guide them to places where they can get genuine products at reasonable price. Your driver would take us only to places where he is benefitted. It was disgusting. In your brochure you have written stay in Bentota where as you booked us in Beruwala where the beach is gravel sand. Bentota is a decent beach but you looked after your interest and not the clients. The river rafting,
