We did not get a good hotel in Shimla due to the lack of communication by the package provider. We had a lot of trouble there. Overall Manali and Amritsar trip was very good. Planned on Dec 23-29, 2019 Good points: Cab driver (Ashok Sharma) was very good guy considering travelling with family. Area of Improvement: While finalizing trip, it was told that Delhi manali will take 8-10 hr but it was around 16hr, that way agent could have advised to stay in Mandi or some nearer place in night and then can go to Manali at next morning. Instead of that they were more in hurry to final lead from customer. Hotel: Manali hotel was very good and Amritsar hotel was ok. Overall trip was Good with Guruji and Key point was arrangement of Good Cab driver.

Kasol-Stay at cloud nine tent camp was awesome. Food and staff are very nice. Manali- Stay at indrasan was good.Services were good however they need to improve quality of buffet. Stay at snow town was worst. Hotel is in pathetic form.food was worse and even staffs are not responsive. Cab was fine however driver was very moody. He stops car when he wants foods or drinks.and when we says to stop he starts bahut late ho jaega etc etc however when we insists he understands and do as per our wish. So we can say he is ok type .

Trip was good but the hotel at shimla was not good. The room which was allocated to us was leaking from roof and it was the last floor and there was no lift. Cab and driver was good.

May it be Choosing the best hotel, Travel, planning it was neatly organised and executed. Cab drivers were very friendly and were perfect in driving on Tough ghat roads and were very polite with us. Thank you so much to Ms.Jyoti and Mr.Sahil from Mountain People Group who has been always in touch and guided for status and any happenings. We have enjoyed a lot during this stay. Specially hotel correction/recommendation /suggestion in chandigarh considering our choice type was awesome. However unavailability of the same hotel on return journey was a setback. CAB service is very punctual and helpful however cleanliness of the cab was a concern, cab driver was very friendly, knowledgeable, adjustable. Overall we enjoyed a worry free vacation. Hotels except 1 the Highland manali were not as per expectations. The food of hotel Neo classic was worst. The experience with the cab driver Mr Goldy was very nice and we gave him tip too Experience at Rohtang pass, solan valley and Manikarnan gurudwara was awesome

Planning and coordination was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, admin at HOTEL SAMDUPLING in Dharmashala for taking care of us at his best. Also all service men at the hotel was pretty good. Another hotel in Dalhousie where we checked in was HOTEL NEW PALACE, there is a lot to improve right from front desk to servicing. I found front desk people bit harsh. Our cab driver, Mr. Naresh Anand he was at his best in driving.
