Cab /tempo services are not good. We were allocated a AC temp however given a NON AC tempo in Coimbatore and it was extremely hot and had to struggle with small kids

We booked our trip from All India Holidays. The travel consultant Rahulkumar Singh was very helpful and cooperative from day 1.He also provided us with insights regarding places to visit, how we can save money etc. Special thanks to our Co-ordinator Mr.Rahul Kumar Singh for planning, arranging and executing our holidays meticulously and always available on call for any assistance. This was the best trip till now in terms of assistance from the Travel team. Special mention of our Driver Mr. Habib Syed he is a very experienced, good and Friendly person. He also acted as a good guide and because of him we very able to witness the Annual Flower fest, Ooty and Bandipore and Madhumalai wild life. The stay at Palm era is good place, but service and maintenance and facilities need considerable important. Vythiri holiday resorts was difficult to find as all hotels in that area have similar names. Place is very nice. Overall good service but not exactly delighted. Our driver was good but I understand it's hard for them due to the tiring nature of this job, his moods were not welcoming sometimes.

In all tour experience was good. But in coorg resort there was a problem of getting hot water. And there was also problem of power cutting. Generator was not working in night. Cab driver is cooperative. Food service was best in coorg & wyand resort. Coorg & Wynad is a good hill place.

Overall trip experience with travel triangle is average. The cab that was provided is not good as AC didn’t functioned properly. And the driver is either good nor bad. Little bitter experience we had with the cab and the driver. Supposed to get the cab changed as per the cab coordinator but he didn’t care abt it and the agent is also less bothered. For the next I personally will not prefer this agent and I will also suggest others also not to prefer this agent.

Tamilnadu (Ooty & Mysore ) trip arranged by Corporate Host Naresh. He was so helpful while arranging this package. Last time also I booked the tour from him only. All arrangements done by him was excellent.. it was nice tour. Only problem was with driver Manjunath. He was pathetic. He was not intrested to show spot. He has not shown 2-3 spots from the tour guide. His behaviour was also not good. Asked some non sense questions to ladies after that one of us told him not to speak with us. I am giving 5 star only for all arrangements done by Naresh (Corporate Host). 0 star for driver please. You should fire such drivers. I will always prefer Corporate Host for my future trip as well.
