          We enjoyed the trip. But I would like to highlight couple of issues. 1. Cab was very old model and it was not maintained well. We specifically opted for Innova, but it didn't satisfy our needs. 2. Phalgham stay very bad. Room was not at good, very bad odour in the toilet rooms. Apart from that, driver was very supportive and he helped us a lot. Some of the sight seeings are available only for the particular months. So it would be better to inform with us upfront and that should be removed from the sight seeing quotations. We missed Saffron visit etc in this time. Instead you can offer any other places. That's all from me, and thank you for asking the feedback. I hope you may consider the points. Stay in Apple tree resorts. Very supportive cab driver. Very good payment method.

          The Trip was very well planned. Stays provided were nice and clean and cozy. The driver cum tour guide Umar was very helpful and polite. Umar was very affectionate with our infant baby and took good care of him. Left Kashmir with lifetime memories. What impressed me most was the Support provided by the tour operator Tourist Delight, unlike other tour operators they provided nice after sale support as well and were very keen into resolving the small issues that we faced. We are back to Delhi but have left our heart in Kashmir only.

          Overall trip was good except for the house boat that we booked (we had to wait for 2 hrs with luggage and family , as some guy named Munna was not picking us up from the pick up point and busy with other customers ) will add few points where things can improve : 1) Northland hotel needs more staff , dinner was sometimes served around 11 as staff was just 3,4 and taking care all the 14 rooms . 2) Also , it becomes difficult to ask for food again and again , and they try to serve less , like we were 8 people and food quantity should be kept in mind seeing number of people . 3) And also there should be someone to pick up guest at different points, and drop them at other places , we were waiting for someone from house boat to pick us up and we had no one for 2 hrs waiting on road with luggage and family with no idea . 4) Food was good at Barren Resort , credit to the lone chef who was doing all the things alone , preparing food , cleaning room . Staff should be increased everywhere , it seems people are trying to take more work from less people . Road Trip from jammu to srinagar was very pleasant , credits to driver Sohail . House boat experience was good Had developed respect for Horses , horse riding in gulmarg and pahalgam was something to cherish for life . Overall experience was good .

          This was the first time I booked a package trip. I was very skeptical of it being good. But to my amazement it was a pretty well rounded and we had a great experience. It was a 5N/6D trip to Kashmir in the month of April. We had 3 different hotels booked and cab covering end to end trip airport pickup till airport drop. The first hotel was dissapointing, but the other two were decent. The cab driver and the cab conditions were very nice which improved the overall trip experience. It is safe to say that I will be using travel triangle again for my next trip. Horse riding in Pahalgam and sledge riding in sonamarg.

          Better Experiences: 1. Gulmarg House in Tanmarg stay ,food and hotel was the highlight of our trip. 2. Travel Triangle was trying to facilitate all time . Bad Experiences: 1. Alexandra Houseboat did not turn on heaters properly until 8PM even if it was freezing cold. Food has to be carried from different place and it was minimun quantity. The House boat keeper was not available in boat all time for any assistance . 2. We were badly cheated during our travel to Gulmarg by the guide(Atleat we lost 10k) we hired and this guide reference was given by our cab driver. Guide did not allow us to roam peacefully he rushed us in a hurry and asked to buy every amenity even though it was not necessary . He lied and scared us without sledge we cannot go to Gondola ride . Also he cheated on the cab we hired from union while picking us he got very good vehicle but while dropping he got sumo and many local people were there in vehicle even though we hired the vehicle personally. 3. I did not receive any support from Travels or our Cab Driver. This was very disappointing. 4. Stay in Pahalgam was very ordinary even we had lots of options in Pahalgam . 5. Hotel Lime Wood In Srinagar was worst and the food was very bad . They were charging for every single thing. We all got food poison after eating food from there . This was one of the worst experiences we had during our trip. Menu was very limited and boring. Looked like all remaining foood from previous day was served . Never opt this hotel for food . Suggestion: I would suggest Burooj to call the Customer every day morning during the trip to brief on the itinerary and the suggestions to Customer
