More than a review it is a constructive feedback. Travel triangle might want to enhance their work force to attend to the customer calls in emergency. I would say my experience with travel triangle as a platform was not so rewarding. Regarding the travel agent. They are a new team, who are learning with time. Our group was probably the first time the travel agents were handling a booking of this scale. With the initial hiccup of erroneous booking in a substandard hotel, they were quick to rectify their mistake and book an alternative better property. Special kudos to Madam Ritu Patra from Sunshine Vacations and Tourism, who was constantly in touch with us to make sure that our journey was going fine and was hassle free. However, I felt that there needs to be a better communication between the travel agent and the customer. A few instances: 1) We were not aware about the timings of availability of Chef at the Hotel in Cherai and Houseboat. The menu was limited. Though the property in Cherai, Sapphire Club Beach Resort, was excellent in terms of stay. The best part in House Boat was the food. 2) We were not aware about unavailability of Dinner facility in 'Hostess Thekkady' on Diwali evening. You don't want such hassles on a trip with elderly people along. Another important feedback is that, I would suggest guests to go for a good resort/ hotel in Alleppey instead of overnight stay at the House Boat. The quality of furnishing and Linen is not upto the mark in a typical Deluxe House Boat. Instead, one can choose evening and and morning rides to experience the backwaters. I too learnt as a guest. I would suggest travellers to research their stay arrangements adequately to have clarity on facilities they can expect at various properties. Thanks Waterfalls in Munnar, Stay at Cardamom County at Thekkady, Stay at Cherai Beach

The cab and the driver were nice , cooperative, punctual and trustworthy. Hotels were good locations were nice. Food was ok not great. Thekkady hotel was good but it was very far away from tiger reserve. 20 km. So it took us half an hour to reach ticket window. We didn't get the tickets for the tiger reserve boat ride. So we missed the main purpose of going there. Travel agent had no information about the availability of online tickets. As most of the tickets were booked online and we were disappointed that we could not get the boat ride. We had ample time before the trip to book the tickets online but could not get proper information from the travel agent. Felt sorry for kids as they were most disappointed. Houseboat was a good experience. Though it was a shared boat with 3 more families with us. Food was good and cleanliness in room and toilet was OK Cochin visit was good. But we visited the Navy museum which was very nice but the driver suggested it it was not there in our ieternary. Off-road Jeep Safari in Munnar.

I liked- the hotels. The itinerary. I didn't like- the unprofessional attitude shown by Mamta, the late responses by the team at travel unbounded and the no response by the travel triangle team. The cab driver was quite average too. He didn't give any worthy recommendation and the ones he gave- Jeep Safari, Alleppey long boat tour were very heavily priced.
