Had nice trip to shimla and manali. Kufri horse ride. Paragliding at kullu (dobhi). Solang vally. Atal tunnel (spithy). In shimla-manali tour package only plan for activities/places mentioned above. Except these all other things are overrated.

I have booked Manali-kasol-shimla trip(including volvo bus and cab). It was a good trip overall though I faced few issues which were not so big but can be avoided if taken care properly by travel agent, 1. First being the volvo bus details, I got tickets without bua service name & so I had to call multiple times for getting exact details and everytime I was being routed to some new person. 2. Then the cab driver who supposed to pick us from Manali bus stop refused to do so and another cab was provided from bus stop to hotel. 3. Even after asking multiple times about the heaters, it was not included in the Kasol camps and we had to pay extra amount on top of whole package and Kasol Kabila camp staff was so rude and camp was not upto the mark(as shown in pictures). 4. Then same heater problem in Shimla hotel as it was not included as per hotel staff, I had to again call my travel agent ( it was then provided quickly without asking additional money). But overall these small small issues are mood spoiler and didn't make the trip smooth. All these can be taken care easily by travel agent by checking details thoroughly in advance. Hotels were nice & overall the trip was good too but could have been better.

Though the experience was fairly good and even if there are certain lapses that can be avoided in most of the cases. The only request if once the sales is over please do not hand over payment followup in the hands of accounts as they are mostly rude and don't have etiquette how to talk to client / customer. My travel agent was soft spoken, logical and having the sales skill but once the sales part is over and advance paid the follow up handed over to your account section I think so and they don't have any idea how to handle a client secondarily they haven't realized pain of sales person. Would not name but it was horrible experience with one of the account lady who whenever called told even without introducing herself only started the line "Pay within 5 minutes otherwise I will stop your travel" She even doesn't have idea that what is 5 minute. Anyway might the Travel Triangle would have trained and nurtured their staff in such way. With her conversation it was realises that she is immortal in Travel Tringle and she is above and beyond the mistakes Opted a 4 star hotel for 3 nights but compelled to pass one night in a 2 star hotel......will be kept this in memory

This was a trip with friends for 7 days which included Shimla, kasol and manali. We all had some really good time during the trip but also some bad time. The best part of this journey was that we got a really cooperative driver and the vehicle was also good. The scenic beauty of himachal never stops to amaze you. Specially views at shimla, kasol and rohtang pass. We had a very bad experience at Kasol when the hotel incharge over there informed us that there is no electricity at hotel due some failure. They asked us to see alternative hotels which were very dirty and of low cost compared to what we had already paid. After travelling for almost 12 hours, we wasted 3 hours in looking for other hotel options. We called travel agency but they couldn’t do anything except talking. We had no option, so we had to stay at the same hotel we booked. The hotel could not provide us with basic amenities like toiletries, towels etc. At that moment I realized, never pay full amount untill your trip ends. TravelTriangle should take care of these things. We woke up in the morning and went to manikaran gurudwara. The hot water springs over there were amazing. The best part of the trip was rohtang pass and river rafting at manali. One thing which we felt gone wrong was that we came from Mumbai to Delhi and started our trip from delhi onwards. Instead we should have booked tickets from Mumbai to Chandigarh. If our trip start point and drop would’ve been from Chandigarh, it might have reduced 6 hours of Cab journey. We didn’t know this as it was our first trip to himachal. I wish our travel agent has informed us about this. Otherwise, it was a good experience overall. Hotel at manali was good. Hotel at shimla was too far and isolated from main city. Amenities were not that good. I already shared experience about hotel at kasol which was bad except for food which they served. Experience with Travel talkies was bad, as the agent who booked our ticket had quit the job and the manager was only interested in getting all the installments done asap. After getting paid, customer is of no use to them. Experience with TravelTriangle was also not as expected or as I have experienced in my earlier bookings . They should not limit themselves by just creating one Whatsapp group. They should take responsibility of all the payment releases and if agent doesn’t meet the expectations, action should be taken. They should ask agencies to check with hotels and cab at least one day before visitors arrival. Hope that TravelTriangle will try to address these issues so that customers won’t face a hard time during the trip.

Our 6D/4N trip to Shimla, kullu & Manali was absolutely enjoyable and hassle free. Thanks to North India Tours and Travels for providing us a well orchestrated , professional service. Fortunate to have associated with you .Ms.Priyanka Zinta , our Customer Support Executive from Travel Triangle was very helpful, responsive and addressed all our queries politely form the very beginning. She ensured our booking confirmation vouchers including hotels, volvo were delivered on time. Also ,Mr.Vicky our trip co-ordinator from North India Tours and Travels was very helpful and ensured the timely cab service throughout the entire trip. Our cab drivers Mr Aman & Mr DeshRaj were very courteous and professional, without whom the trip would had been a complete mess. Our drive to Rhothang Pass with Mr.Vicky was a pure bliss and we thoroughly enjoyed it to the bits and core . On the downside, there were few minor thing to be taken care of. We had certain experience, where in a couple of places were closed for visit due to weekly day off , which the agent must make a note while preparing the itenary. Also one of our cab driver was certainly not very professional, his driving was very rash on the hill roads.Neither was he bothered about the comfort of the travellers even after we notified him. However, we managed to get in touch with our co-ordinator to send us an alternate driver.

Trip was organized well. Both Travel Triangle team and the travels team (Wild Lotus Travels) were good in communicating things and are helpful. The drivers provided for the cabs are also extremely good at both Shimla/Manali and also Delhi. I have opted for change in hotels at all 3 places and the hotels provided in Shimla (Cedat Cottage) and Manali (Lotus River View Inn) are very good with service and also food. Disappointed with hotel in Delhi with respect to food. Food was horrible in Delhi hotel (Hotel Regent Intercontinental). Apart from this only glitch all the trip was wonderful and organized well. Kudos to the team Nisha from Travel Triangle and Shailvi from the travels team. Special mention to the cab drivers Kailash (Shimla/Manali) and Gurupreet (Delhi) for making this trip wonderful for us. I always believe that if your cab Driver is good your journey will be pleasant and good. Both of them were cool and informative too. Thanks everyone for making this trip smooth for me any my family. I am sure I will reach out to you when I plan a trip in future.
