We had a lovely memory filled trip to Meghalaya but every trip has its hits and misses. Our itinerary was packed and before the trip we were only thinking of adding places to it. However, on the trip we were always choosing which place to skip so that the highlights are not missed. Be prepared for a lot of road travel and lots of going up and down long fleets of stairs to enjoy the views. we stayed a night each at kaziranga, cherapunjee, dawki and 2 nights at shillong. My suggestion to fellow travellers would be to ask for a realistic time needed to enjoy each activity and destination maybe stay couple of nights each at dawki and cherapunjee so that you may cover and enjoy more and at your leisurely pace. Misses 7 hours of waiting at Kamakhyaji temple but no darshan - 3 hours of queue still ahead (all this in VIP). Avoid the rush during festivals or keep a full day . Kaziranga- check if safaris are open before travelling as in our case elephant safari hadn't started. Dawki - water was dirty/ unclear.. we were told it rained before we reached and thus.. also had to skip pitcher plant lake and activities at krang suri cherapunjee - we skipped mawsmai caves to cover arwah but were later told that mawsmai was better.. dainthlen falls is under curfew - poor approach road - time wasted Hits Watching wildlife in their home.. Krang Suri Falls - Crystal clear water. We skipped swimming and boating here hoping things will be far great at dawki but we repented later. Dont repeat our mistake. keep time carry change of clothes. thank me later. Single decker root bridge - so beautiful so elegant just looking like a wow :D :D Sky view point at mawlynnong - the bamboo structure is a different experience.. there is a trek of the same at pillar rock if you are a trek enthusiast Grand canyon laitlum - Simply breathtaking (although clouds played spoilsport and the canyon was hide and seek for us :( ) nohkalikai falls - Rainbow at the bottom of the falls Arwah cave - Rugged trail - but please take less travelled path only if you are in a group. The beautiful valleys the driving through clouds.. dopamine high!! Special mention - Our Driver, Mr. Shivaji Malakar was pleasant throughout and a gentlman who doubled as a photographer for us at many instances but we wished he had more knowledge of the signts and tourist spots. 5* as a person and driver but 2maybe3* as a guide. Megha from Travel Kutir delivered on all her promises. helped us choose the most value for money properties at our budget. She was always cordial and helpful despite my odd hours and multitude of questions. Any concerns raised during the trips were attended promptly. Big Thank You.

Our trip was arranged by Ms. Nikita Chauhan from Reify. She planned our trip very well, be it places she chose or timings for places to visit, it was done very well. She was in touch throughout the trip. We had few hiccups initially becauses of external factors like owner at pinehill homestay who cancelled our room last minute but she promptly made other arrangements for us. I found her trustworthy. She connected us with good driver Elias bhai who was equally helpful and prompt. Other hotels booked by her in Riwai, Guwahati and Shillong were really good but Cherrapunji hotel can be better. I would recommend her for your getaway trip.

Recently had memorable trip of Meghalaya. Worth mentioning - 1. The agent Ms Nikitha was so friendly and polite in understanding our need and curating the itenary for us that we felt she is part of our family. Nikitha made perfect plan based on landing time, time available with us, type of people, preferences and choices. She ensured the minimum travel back tracking and maximum utilization of time maintaining comfort. This was value for money 2. Hotels and accommodations were clean and healthy. The staff was polite, food was also good. They all accommodated our last minute needs. 3. The driver Mr Bhabhen was cherry on the cake. He understood the customer and made us comfortable. He used to advise us on food, travel and route. He also accommodated last minute changes in itenary without any cost impact. He was one of the safe drivers I had seen following all rules and keeping cool. I could not see any event where he has seen his own comfort or benefit. The maturity and conduct was very good. Overall, thank you very much for memorable experience.

The Meghalaya package we chose was suggested by the travel partner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. All the hotels were provided with view points or other perks and the response of the travel partner and hotel staff was polite and good. We had booked a land package to the North East covering Kaziranga and a couple of places in Meghalaya. The trip was well organized ensuring we have enough time to go site-seeing, travel and rest. The hotels were picked in a way that they are close to the places we go to see, however not all were very well maintained and could have been better. The driver who took us around was well versed with the roads and was able to drive along foggy roads with ease Aastha from Reify did take a lot of effort to organize this and make it a memorable one for us.

We had awesome time there and all thanks to Ms Nikitha, I guess what can be better than that I never had to call her during my trip regarding hotels or cab, everything was as discussed while planning. Especially driver was so co operative that we relied on him for a lot things like food and he never dissappointed us. The thing I like most about Ms Nikitha that she always encouraged us and made us feel special. She helped us booking hotel which wasn't in itinerary too. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Its my second trip with travel triangle and thanks to the team for one another smoothing and pleasant trip, I would love to book through travel triangle again.

We had just completed a great trip to Assam and Meghalaya on mid october 2022. The planning and arrangements have started around 2 months prior by team Reify and Aastha from Reify and it is very satisfactory. She is always reachable over phone and whatsapp throughout the period till our trip ends and answered all our queries with a smiling face. The hotels are really nice in all places, especially the Arbour Inn ( Shillong) and 100 waterfall camp (Sohra) , all the arrangements are neatly done. Our travel partner and driver Rabin was very helpful and skillful. We really enjoyed our time in this trip. Thanks to Aastha, Rabin and team Reify for arranging such a nice trip for us.
