Ashutosh's 5 days trip to Himachal

This was my first time booking from travel triangle. I booked a trip for my parents and the travel agency that i booked with supported us a lot. We had to reschedule just when only 2 days left for the trip because of some personal reason and they somehow manged to do that. The hotels were really good both in jibhi and manali. The driver though triked my dad to pay him extra money because he was not turning on AC in hilly areas and it was too hot for them to bear. However our travel agent gave us the money back when they got to know about it and also apolosied for the same. I will say overall it was a very good experience for my parents and I will surely recommend this travel agency.

Ashutosh's 5 days trip to Himachal

Overall I had a great trip. Trip advisor vivek was very prompt with replies and helps I needed. The only problem I had was with the hotel. Even though the hotel had good views and really nice family suite. 1. The staff was really casual. 2. We had to ask 3 4 times to get our towels/ bed sheets changed. And I was there for 4 days and this happened daily. 3. Food was bad. There are no good restaurants nearby so you have to rely on hotel food and it lacks taste and is over oily. 4. We did not opt for the dinner buffet, and so when we tried ordering in room. They only provided the options they had in buffet and menu was just for show. 5. After the first night they didn't even bother to cover the food with a foil or plate while delivering it to the room. Really casual staff.

Overall our experience was an average compared to previous trip we did through "Travel Triangle" in Sikkim in 2020. The homestay provided to us at Banjar was very nice in terms of food, owner support, location etc. However food quality in hotel in Manali was not that good. At Sissu we had nice experience with hotel and food quality. Cab provided was not that good in terms of cleanliness, tyre conditions, windows not opening properly etc. Driver provided was good in terms of safety in driving however he was not supportive if we have to change any plan compared to Itinery. This has caused great discomfort to us. Also support from Travel Vichar agent was not that positive. "Travel Vichar" hence needs significant improvement in their service to give better experience to their client.

Overall had a good experience except that the hotel provided to us at Manali was not as good as in Shimla. Also it took much more time communicating between all cities than mentioned in itenery like it took more than 10 hrs from Delhi to Shimla, more than 11 hrs from Shimla to Manali and more than 16 hrs from Manali to Delhi. It should have been mentioned beforehand. Our driver took us to a apple orchard near Manali which was very nice.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

As soon as I gave my requirements to Travel Triangle, I started receiving calls from Travel Agents; the only issue was that instead of stating what I have listed as my requirements, everyone was asking me to tell my requirements. This was a bit frustrating. Ms. Janvi from Travel Vichar gave excellent service by understanding my tour preferences and customising my trip accordingly. She was just a call or message away; till the completion of my trip. Hotel was good, service was excellent and as promised good quality jain food was made available. The only issue I faced that Family Suite that I booked was on 3rd floor and hotel doesn't have lift. Cab service was ok. Overall good trip. As Rohtang Pass was closed, a place called Marhi which is around 15 KM prior to Rohtang gave us similar experience as Rohtang would have given. We did skiing, tube slide, snow scooter ride there. Visit to Sissu vis Atal Tunnel (9.5 KM in length) is a life time experience. At Sissu we enjoyed scooter ride to Chandra river and amazing view of heart shaped waterfall. We also enjoyed crossing Chandra river using Zipline. River Rafting in Beas river is a lifetime experience. Visit to Naggar Castel and Shopping in Kullu were icing on the cake.
