Ashutosh's 5 days trip to Himachal

This was my first time booking from travel triangle. I booked a trip for my parents and the travel agency that i booked with supported us a lot. We had to reschedule just when only 2 days left for the trip because of some personal reason and they somehow manged to do that. The hotels were really good both in jibhi and manali. The driver though triked my dad to pay him extra money because he was not turning on AC in hilly areas and it was too hot for them to bear. However our travel agent gave us the money back when they got to know about it and also apolosied for the same. I will say overall it was a very good experience for my parents and I will surely recommend this travel agency.

Overall I had a great trip. Trip advisor vivek was very prompt with replies and helps I needed. The only problem I had was with the hotel. Even though the hotel had good views and really nice family suite. 1. The staff was really casual. 2. We had to ask 3 4 times to get our towels/ bed sheets changed. And I was there for 4 days and this happened daily. 3. Food was bad. There are no good restaurants nearby so you have to rely on hotel food and it lacks taste and is over oily. 4. We did not opt for the dinner buffet, and so when we tried ordering in room. They only provided the options they had in buffet and menu was just for show. 5. After the first night they didn't even bother to cover the food with a foil or plate while delivering it to the room. Really casual staff.

Chandigarh - Shimla - Manali - Chandigarh- 5 Nights, 6 Days tour by Cab. 1. Agents (North India) marketing team were co-operative, Specially Akriti. 2. Hotels were nice. 2. Nobody from North India or Travel Triangle were in touch during the tour to understand any difficulty . At least once they should contact. 3. Behavior and manner of the Driver means a lot. He should be educated and trained properly by the company as he is the only person with whom the traveler interacts. 4. SOP on basic road safety, cleaness, personal behavior, punctuality, discipline etc. should be followed by the driver and some one should monitor it. 5. All good arrangement is useless if the Driver is arrogant. 6. Overall experience of the trip was fine Except Driver.

An amazing experience in booking with travel triangle. The overall trip was just awesome with the family. The Shimla hotel was awesome in providing services and driver (Joginder Kumar) was also very patient, calm and skilled too. We enjoyed snowfall in Manali . The only drawback was Manali hotel (The Visor) , reception staff was very rude to my family members. They ran out of water and they were not having power backup in case of power cut. Its a new hotel under construction and they already started taking bookings. No hot water, we got freshen up in cold water in -10°. Hotel is not at all recommended. Rest everything was beyond expectations and I strongly recommend travel triangle for trip bookings. Snowfall in Manali.

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.

As soon as I gave my requirements to Travel Triangle, I started receiving calls from Travel Agents; the only issue was that instead of stating what I have listed as my requirements, everyone was asking me to tell my requirements. This was a bit frustrating. Ms. Janvi from Travel Vichar gave excellent service by understanding my tour preferences and customising my trip accordingly. She was just a call or message away; till the completion of my trip. Hotel was good, service was excellent and as promised good quality jain food was made available. The only issue I faced that Family Suite that I booked was on 3rd floor and hotel doesn't have lift. Cab service was ok. Overall good trip. As Rohtang Pass was closed, a place called Marhi which is around 15 KM prior to Rohtang gave us similar experience as Rohtang would have given. We did skiing, tube slide, snow scooter ride there. Visit to Sissu vis Atal Tunnel (9.5 KM in length) is a life time experience. At Sissu we enjoyed scooter ride to Chandra river and amazing view of heart shaped waterfall. We also enjoyed crossing Chandra river using Zipline. River Rafting in Beas river is a lifetime experience. Visit to Naggar Castel and Shopping in Kullu were icing on the cake.
