Kullu Manali Tour Package From Mumbai 4 Days & 3 Nights

Recently I with my group of 7 people went on a Himachal trip for a week's duration. The overall trip was good. Highly impressed with the agent's service; they were very polite, they were very supportive pre-trip and during the trip too. The hotel, food, and driver was up to the Mark The only problem lacked was the journey and the Cab provided. We were promised to be provided with INNOVA. Though we got a SUMO which is super uncomfortable carrying a group of 7 people. It is very difficult to travel on such roads sitting on a SUMO. We canceled 2 days of journeys with specific destinations for this reason (people fell ill with severe back pain). Even after requests, on the very first day; they were unable to provide better transport. Please make sure you are not provided a TATA SUMO/ Similar which will ruin your journey hours.

The experience was good overall. However we will look forward for the travel agent to get more involved during the travel time. There was no communication at all or any sort of asking if things are going good, anything else we needed nothing. So just one recommendation to ask the travel agents to get more involved with the clients. Rest the Driver and hotels were good.

Enjoyed, but could have been better. When there is any place is unavailable or closed which we have in the itinerary then the travel agent should find a alternative place . Nice service by Vipul ..

Kindly discuss and make the payments and share to drivers before the trip itself on a clear note to avoid any further problems Rafting,Paragliding,Rohtang lovely ones

My journey is so gorgeous and again I will come next time finally . Himachal dream tour arranged everything so we were relaxed for our trip. Driver was also good he guide us at everypoint. Hotel dont have heater facility. Geyser was not working. Driver couldn't reach us solang valley. Remaining all are very good. No troubles in Site seeing or in transport.

Travel agent should be updating regarding the trip details bcoz we have miss the flight & when we Enquriy in the air India check in they said that even your travel agent has not mentioned there mail I’d better hope you can understand wat I want to say...!!! Finally I appreciate the travel triangle for all your service

Everything is nice. Cab driver is very friendly and trips goes very well. I like this tourism response as soon as i have trouble. But only thing is to improve better volvo service. Bus is very old and not comfortable. This is the only disadvantage. I have gone to rothang pass

Had a greatfull experience with travel trangle . this my first solo trip for manali and i truely enjoyed it. the agent was very good he managed everything smoothly hotel and cab driver(mr. Gopal krishna) his behaviour was very nice, taken me safely guide & support me as i required, Thank you for a memorable trip.

so I got to know that it's been a year of our trip (Time flies like plane). O my god what a wonderful trip that was, if i start writing about it will take 2 - 3 pages.. so leaving that I thanks to travel triangle and the agency OYatri who provided and make a wonderful iternary, also thanks to Khushi ma'am who coordinated very well and the Driver - Indrajeet makes our trip awesome.

Overall trip was good... 1. The only concern was that the Innova sent to us was a white board n we had random police checks as it was not a yellow board. This needs to be avoided in future and customers be provided with yellow board so it would ply as taxi and no police would stop us unnecessarily 2. Kasol hotel was not good... No heaters were provided and the kasol sun n wind hotel manager was very rude. Food was not good... The treatment given to us by the hotel manager w as pathetic rather hasty. Plz avoid bookings in that hotel in future... They were rude with other customers as well. What was promised by the manager was not delivered to us during check-in... Everything was good.... Except the hotel in Kasol...

I had booked Shimla - Manaali six days tour with North India Tours & Travels. From the starting there were trouble with agency. I was asked to contact Mr. Neeraj Negi for driver details. I had followed him four times over phone but he didn't provide the proper details. I got three drivers number and had to call all of them to know who will pick me up from Chandigarh. Once driver was fixed, he asked me to leave from Chandigarh early (though I didn't want it) in the morning because he was in Chandigarh that evening and he wanted to return early. when I called Neeraj Negi to know if Hotel room will be available if I reach early, he was blunt and said will you check out early if you are checking in early. Taxi and hotel coordination was his job but I was doing it and he was playing boss role. while travelling to Shimla, taxi driver (Prakash) informed me that he is not from North India tour travel. Taxi driver on day one left without informing. raised the issue on Travel triangle whatsapp group but no help was offer either by travel triangle or Neeraj Negi. During the travel, I had four different drivers (Prakash, Sanjay, Ajay, Raju) and on each day I had to coordinate with these drivers. No professionalism at all. Although, I was informed that I will have single driver through out the tour. while returning from Manaali around 1 PM during the day we were passing through planes (Sundar Nagar, Bilaspur etc) and temperature was 37 deg C and dust outside. requested driver to switch on the AC but he hadn't. this is despite the fact that we were descending from hills or travelling in plane areas. This driver (Ajay) had to pick client from Chandigarh therefore he had asked us to start early from Manaali, which I agreed to. I had to skip the breakfast because of him but when we requested him to switch on the AC, he straight forward denied it. No support from North India tour travel . Only good thing in this trip was hotel in Manaali (Himalayan heights), which is newly built and well maintained. view from this hotel is quite good and it has apple orchard within it's boundary.

We had Himachal trip for 1 week and the trip was very nice. Due to heavy snowfall we have to change some destination and Summit Safari has helped us in all possible way. They have supported us in our plan change and make sure of every inclusion. Sachin and team from Summit Safari was in regular contact with us and also updated us regarding the travelling route whether it was blocked due to snow or clear. Also the driver was very nice and helpful. We had a very awesome excursion and would love to go again with Travel Triangle and Summit Safari.

We did our trip to Manali-Kullu. We got the best quote from Ms Deepa, Thanks you very much Deepa. It was an awesome experience for my parents. The trip was very well managed by Mr. Neeraj, who was very helpful and supportive during our journey. Also thank you for Mr. Bhanu, who provided the best drivers: Mr Ravindra and Mr. Raj for our sight-seeing tours @ Kullu-Manali and Snow point respectively. Hotels were good and arrangements were proper. Enjoyed each moment of trip. Solang valley and Madi, Snow point I enjoyed the most. Thanks to North India tours for making my holidays memorable.
