Travelling to Manali
You need to arrive in Delhi on your own. Make sure you reach the starting point of the trip before 5:00 pm in the evening. You will be transferred to Manali from Delhi by Volvo buses. The bus would leave for Manali sharp at 5:30 pm. It takes almost 10-14 hours to reach Manali. Once you reach Manali, you will be in a whole new place.

As you reach Manali, gear up for a sightseeing tour. Our coordinators will be there with you all the time to take care of you and guide you. Once you are in Manali, check in to the hotel booked for your stay. Get all your arrival formalities done at the hotel. Unpack your bags and get freshen up. Have your breakfast and then head out for the city tour. This would be a half city tour. First, you would be visiting the Hadimba Devi temple and then you will be in the Vashisht Village. In the late afternoon, you can go shopping in the local markets and malls. The best places to go for shopping here are Mall Road and IBEX market. You can have your dinner in the hotel and stay for the night.

Trip to Solang valley or Rohtang pass
Rohtang Pass is not open all over the year. The climatic condition and the roads to the pass are very dangerous. So you need to check before heading out to the pass. It is one of the highest passes that links Manali to Lahaul and Spiti district. You can have your breakfast at the hotel and then drive straight to the Rohtang pass. It is situated at a height of 3,978 meters from the mean sea level. There is a lot of goings-on for you in Rohtang. You can go skiing, snow scootering and even horse riding. Subsequently after the tour for the day is complete, you can get back to your hotel. Then have your dinner and relax for the night. There will be an overnight stay.
Getting to Rohtang pass is not an easy job. The National Green Tribunal has instigated some limitations on the number of vehicles arriving at the pass. Only 1200 automobiles are permitted to pass each day. Only 800 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxi are permitted. There is also a permit fee of 550 INR, that needs to be paid on the spot per vehicle.
